The customer service is terrible me and my 2 friends got some Popeyes candy stick and we wanted to buy a lighter to light the Popeye stick because we started a western shoot out in the street with firecracker guns and she said we couldn’t and said to be 18 and we understood that but then when we started to leave the worker was talking in our back with another co worker saying that if they gave us the lighter we would have gone to giant tiger to buy cigarettes. Seriously we are minors of course we don’t smoke like why even say that. Terrible customer service but kinda ok store

Staff only speaks French? I spoke with a couple of staff members in English and they only responded in French. The cashier said something to me in French shoved the receipt in my hand the moved to the next in line. ENGLISH PEOPLE NOT WELCOME IN THIS STORE! Staff was useless and ignorant.

I was looking for certified BPIcompostable bags. They have 2 kinds in 2 sizes. Recently, I bought wood cutting boards to serve pizza on. Great stuff.

Fairly big store and lots of stuff, but I still couldn't find all the wow items. ( Never any store fault )

I'm not a big fan of Dollarama in general but this location is especially bad. As others have mentioned, the store is dirty, and I had the unpleasant experience of a cashier hassling me in the aisle while I tried to shop, telling me knapsacks are apparently "not allowed" in the store. There was no obvious signage indicating that knapsacks were not permitted at this location. As I wasn't comfortable leaving my personal items unattended, I left without purchasing anything and shopped at Walmart instead.I don't support stores that treat their customers like criminals.

They don't want to leave you the items at the price displayed on the shelf when there is no price on the items themselves give the excuse that the items are not in the right place I don't work in the store that doesn't It's not up to me to know the prices or place their inventory

The customer service and cash register are rotten and the employees don't know how to work. They complain about complaints made against them and make bogus excuses. If the next time I go back it's the same, I will complain to the manager. This is so stupid and not necessary!
