I’m not the biggest fan of the staff at this store. I find when I go in the ladies just stand there and question why you are there. When you ask for something you saw in the flyer and they don’t have it, they give you the impression to just leave. I’ve tried to browse the store and I’ve got followed by staff after saying I’m just browsing. I will say every time I’ve ordered a product and went to pick it up it’s been very quick. But I don’t like getting asked why I’m purchasing something or getting asked questions about my personal life. Overall the store is usually stocked and easy to order products to for pick up but the staff need to fix their attitude, they’re more nosey than helpful.

God help you if you have to return something. You end up arguing to get your money back and at the same time i had to put back what i was returning myself, whats the point of having employees if their not going to work.All the staff does (Ladies) is just sit there at the front making it awkward for people who are coming in to shop.Do yourself a favor and don't shop here... go to Norwood Home Hardware or Havelock Home Hardware.This place needs to be closed down

Do not underestimate the size of this store, if you need it they probably have it. Excellent customer service and everything from basics to hard to find items. Great asset for Hastings. Highly recommended.

Glad they're there. They don't gouge you with prices like Canadian Tire has been lately. Wish they had more complete stock in a bigger location

This little Hardware store is located in the quaint village of Hastings in Trent Hills. The staff is super friendly and you would be surprised by the inventory they carry.Highly recommended

The owner, Shawn is rude to customers I sent my wife in to look for a package of two products, and he proceeded to make rude comments when she couldn’t find what find what she was looking for and walked away ignoring her needs. You own a small business in a small town. Be better professionally.
