Avoid at all costs! Unless you are DESPERATE for gas do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Would give a zero if I could. Pumped gas at sketchy pumps outside and then got inside to only be told they charge a fee for credit card transactions. When I looked slightly surprised she immediately jumped down my throat and complained about me to the person she was on the phone with. They caught the person behind me pumping gas with the same scam as well. Brutal. I mean, who carries that much cash anymore? LOL talked to a local and apparently they avoid this place like the plague!

I’m writing this review based off my own experience, and the experience of other people who do not speak English as their first language. I’m no longer a local but visit Harrow somewhat frequently.I’m from the city, so you know a sketchy convenience store when you see one. The owners conduct on how he sells lottery, as well as how payment methods are processed, are what has led me to feel this way.He also likes to discriminate against people of colour, as well as women.If your a POC beware that he may refuse your legal and legitimate payment method, or will accuse you of stealing, when he hasn’t handed over the item you just paid for.If English isn’t your first language & you happen to be a woman, when he thinks you’ve bought too much lottery that day he will refuse to sell to you, and act like he’s done selling for the night.iAGCO who handles customer complaints for OLG on conduct, needs to do a full investigation on this retailer.The Ministry of Public and Business Services also needs to look into this sketch bag.The store itself is not clean, shelves seem empty, with very little selection.?ALWAYS check the expiry date on any food or drinks you maybe purchasing at this store. I’ve noticed expired pop, juice, and other snacks he’s to cheap to pull from his counter, even after being notified.Sadly, this town doesn’t have many options for retailers, but, the drive to colchester or a neighbouring town is well worth the gas, even at these high prices.

Horrible place! Owner thinks he can do whatever he wants. Talk to you however he wants. Follows you around the store like a hawk! What? You think I'm gonna steal something. The worst.Gas pumps are $H!T they turn over 2-5 cents before you start pumping I told them about it over a year around. Everything is super expensive. I will never go back.Don't go here.

This place is garbage highly woukd recommend running out of gas before stopping there, the people running the place barely speak a lick of English, gas will freeze, atm charges double normal ones and rarely works
