Technician recommended to rework the pex on my boiler system which made complete sense. Now trying to book the service was impossible, talked to Geoff countless times and was given excuse after excuse. Called 6 times from June to Dec and always received the run around. Hopefully this review finds the owner as he should be made aware. As an owner myself I'd like to know what happens during work hours.

Very bad experience. DON'T ever get in the situation that JIM owes you money because you won't get it without a lawyer. He is very quick on sending out interest invoices if you owe him money but trying to get money out of him is a very painful experience.
