If you want long wait times, and poor customers service this is the place for you.Save your time goes elsewhere.They don't even try to solve problems and are not very knowledgeable in their field.

Spent 10 minutes on hold just to have someone pickup and put me on hold again. After another 10 minutes on hold I hung up and called elsewhere for the parts.
