In early October, I was involved in a collision in the GTA. I had heard good reviews about Hanover Collision, so decided to take my vehicle there for repairs. I had to get a tow back to Hanover, which cost me nearly $2000 out of pocket to be reimbursed by insurance. Brad was understanding and helpful every step of the way. When an appraiser did not come to look at my vehicle soon enough, he looked into it. When insurance was dragging their feet to pay for my tow, he advocated for me. When it took too long (over 2 weeks) to get a rental vehicle from the company insurance wanted to use, he put me in contact with Kim at the Car Barn in Walkerton, and she had me set up within hours. He had the repairs nearly done before insurance bothered to inform me of the results of the appraisal. They even cleaned the interior of my vehicle! He was incredibly helpful during a stressful situation. My insurance adjuster needs to take a lot of pointers from Brad. I would wholeheartedly recommend Brad and the team at Hanover Collision.
