It's no longer an esso because they were selling non- esso gas. Cheap Gas low grade it messed up my Weed whacker, yet they sell it for the same price esso would to get the people from out of town. So more money than any other places for poor quality gas

Not an esso. The premium gas is not premium. Car started detonating as shortly after filling, go to shell instead. 08/02/24

This is not an ESSO, they still have the ESSO colours. The cashier also short changed me. Everything about this place seemed shifty. Do not recommend this gas station.

The employee here is a nice guy, and he'll sell you samosas if you ask him about them. They're kinda pricey but pretty good, and I'll allow it considering it's all the way in Hanover and seems like a makeshift operation.

Wow! Just checked the other reviews when I reached here to get fuel at 10pm and saw that it was closed. You shouldn’t be advertising as open 24 hours when you’re not. Why don’t you just sell it to someone else who can run it properly!?

When Esso first opened it was 24hr. then they changed it to 11pm closing, it was not posted. I understand that there are 2 owners, you never see the other owner. They cloese willy nilly.3 of my friends got the door locked on them around 10pm, if they have changed their hrs then postit on the door, you just don't lock the door when people are approaching the door. This little man is very rude, does the owner know he's locking up early??? I would like to speak to the owner, I haven't seen the owner for a while now, when I do see him I will tell how rude this one particular cashier is.Another thing, they update the gas prices but not the hrs. Why not?

Have the odd little item you can't get anywhere else. Pc optimum points cannot be used in store but can at pump when it prompts on screen.

Today, I go to get gas at Esso Station in Hanover. I buy my gas all the time here. Today, their machine outside wasn't working properly, and it ended up canceling my debit card because when it asked me for cheque or savings, it told me I put in the wrong password. It did this three times, canceling my card.I go to this gas station for the PC points. I had to go to the bank to reset my password because of all of this.I come back to pay, and they ring it through, me thinking it's already entered, but nope.Then the manager tells me it's not her problem, I have to call a number to fix it, that she did me a favor.What favor when it was YOUR machine that messed up my card to begin with. Their phone number in not working. Imagine that.Never going back, rude lady for treating customers the way you did, in front of everyone. Fix your machine so it doesn't do it to someone else!!!@@
