Recently I bought a new pair of running shoes at Becker Shoes in Hanover for work. What a fantastic experience! Svetlana attended to me with the utmost level of customer service. She was so patient as I tried on a few pairs. When I mentioned having an issue with plantar fasciitis, she did not hesitate to grab a pair of Birkenstock insoles for me to try. What a difference those made. I really appreciated the time she took with me until I found the comfiest pair. She also gave me some great tips on different ways to tie laces. Renee and her team are awesome. Thank you ladies!!

I had a good experience but I didn’t like that asked me for help 2 times from different people but it wasn’t a big problem my anxiety just started thinking thay was watching me and my gf as we looked at styles we might like together

I worked as a co-op student for three weeks at Becker Shoes and it was a very positive work experience. Their customer service is amazing, friendly staff who are eager to help you find the right shoes. They're very patient never rushing or pressuring customers to buy their products. Alongside the customer service the store itself is great to shop in. Their store layout and window displays are always very aesthetic and creative, as well as always striving to keep their store immaculate. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend Becker's Shoes to anyone.

Have shopped here a few times and always found to be very accommodating but today not so. All it takes is one bad experience to not return again and that has happened today.

This place is FANTASTIC. They stand behind their store. My husband was able to return a pair is shoes he bought there 5 months later and received a full refund. Yes,he bought another pair. We will praise this store to everyone. You know your money is well spentTo bad more stores weren't the same. shopping there.

Was there this morning had bought a very expensive shoe there in February of this year. Manger said sorry it 7 months can't help you. You need to buy another pair. More or less said these are worn out older then that. I won't be back
