Disappointed!! Took 92 year old lady to them for a 2pm 30 min. appointment and due to circumstances beyond her control was 10 min late! They canceled and rebooked the appointment as they were too busy! However we were waiting outside for our ride until 3pm and no people arrived for any appointments!
