Admitting I had hearing issues wasn’t easy, but Hayley was fantastic to work with. She made me feel comfortable and worked very hard to get my hearing aids tuned in. They haven’t been without issues, but those issues have always been addressed quickly.

I was having a problem with my hearing aids, so I called Activears to make an appointment.When I arrived I saw Christine Feige and she was just amazing and fixed my problem immediately.I would highly recommend you see Christine if you have any hearing problems.Thanks for all your helpBill D’Angelis

We were very happy that during covid we could get help for my husbands hearing aids and in a timely manner with polite and compassionate staff. The hearing aid person, Hayley, was kind and caring. Thank you so much.

Haley went above and beyond expectations to make sure my age 94yr. Mom’s Active Ears Hearing Aids were working for her (including personal visits to Mom’s Assisted Living Apartment)!

My husband has had amazing service at Hanover’s Active Ears since his first testing done in 2012. They looked after all the workman compensation paperwork. He and I were especially thrilled that his tv didn’t have to be blaring loud anymore but rather Bluetoothed directly to his ears. His new set of hearing aids he received today are Bluetooth to his his cell. He can’t thank Hallie Culliton enough for the amazing service!!

Talk about a wonderful place to go, not only is Hayley doing an amazing job, but also her front staff aka Sue has created a place not only where you get the help you need or the answers you were looking for. Called. Left a message on 2 separate occasions to set up an appointment. No response from the Hanover site. Not impressed. Will go elsewhere.
