The manager Ram at brick upper james hamilton was very helpful in handling the prior incorrect delivery of delivering the wrong color. Also the delivery Boys installed the sofa very swiftly and installed it on the first floor of my home and cleared all the mess later. Very happy with the service.”

“I visited Direct Bed in Stoney Creek and I was helped by Gerian. I was already leaning towards a Tempur-Pedic, but I wasn’t sure about the appropriate model or firmness. Gerian asked me some questions in order to make recommendations. I tested out some beds in the showroom and selected the Tempur-Pedic Luxealign Soft. I’ve had it for 4 nights of blissful sleep. My chronic hip pain is significantly reduced resulting in a better quality sleep. The only downside is that my dog no longer wants to sleep in his own bed.
I’m very happy with the support I received from Direct Bed. Their pricing was significantly better than competitors and their customer service blows the other big mattress stores away.”

“Had a great experience with getting our living room couch! Mohammed and team were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Helped us to narrow down our couch but not pushy at all. We bought a Canadian made couch with the ability to fully customize the fabric, size and all the details. Waited about 3 weeks for the delivery. Delivery was super smooth and it looks amazing in the space! Really pleasant experience.”

“I’ve been with them for almost a year first it was good then when I went to start a new lease recently my dad got put in the icu at the day of the delivery so I made a call to the store and they weren’t happy about it alone I found that was a very bad also to note they are making me wait an whole entire week when I simply told them I’ll only be home for the day I said and if they could try there best to make it that day because I would have to go back to the hospital for the next day for the rest of the week. Lucky I’m still here after that, very upset about this. Might disregard my entire lease.Edit: changing my review to a 5 star as they dis make things right at the end.”
“I purchased a bloom mattress when they first came out in 2017 over the years the mattress has separated and fell apart it was no longer supportive and started to hurt my back to the point where I’d wake up in pain
I contacted sleep country customer service and started a warranty on the mattress seven years after the purchase date.
there were a lot of things required to complete the warranty, thankfully I had everything I needed and the warranty was successful, I was able to pick out a replacement mattress
we are completely satisfied with the process and knowing that sleep country will stand by there products

“A decent Homesense. I went in looking for wrapping paper and a vase or a platter. No luck on the vase or platter. A few there but a little tacky for my liking. I found the one in Ancaster had a better selection but I haven’t been there for a while.I did find nice wrapping paper at a fairly good price. The lineup was very quick and the girl behind the counter was both pleasant and helpful.I do recommend this location if looking for most, but not all items you may be hoping a Homesense carries.”
“I have brought my mother here to buy a TV. She’s 89 years old and Unkit treated her with kid gloves. He was amazing, we will be back.
She is getting delivery on Sunday but I’m sure the TV will be beautiful!

I took their advice and now sleep on the most comfortable mattress ever and at an incredibly low price . I was changing over from a Tempur Pedic which cost over $2,500 and turned out to be not worth the expense .

“Excellent customer service from Nicole yesterday! I called the store as I was interested in a specific mirror. Upon speaking to Nicole she told me the mirror was the last one in stock and was also on hold for someone else. She told me she would follow up with me later that day as she was going to confirm if the other individual was still interested in the mirror. Sure enough Nicole called me to confirm it was available. I came by the same day to purchase the mirror. She carefully wrapped up the mirror and offered to carry it out for me to my car. Thank you again Nicole for the wonderful service!”

“Julie & Skyler at this location were fabulous. They helped us with a price adjustment on some pillows we had purchased. The process took some time, but they were diligent in fixing the matter. Very clean location. Ample parking.
I’m just sorry that we didn’t purchase the pillows there too because they were way more friendly than the other location.”
