Very poor service and very expensive there now. It used to be the place to go not now. And also they don't allow returns. Buyers beware of Canadian tire shop amazon at least there return policy is way better.

HORRIBLE !!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS Canadian tire. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt obligated to write this one. Like many others have pointed out; their customer service is extremely bad. In fact, the worst I have ever encountered in life. God forbid if you end up buying a product that is “dead on arrival”, they will literally argue and humiliate you if you try to return. And I will be very honest and sorry to say, many of their products are previously used. I really wish the owner of the store sees these reviews and invest in training front end employees and think about

Absolute worst experience here at the Canadian tire on Rymal (and not the first).... I went to customer service in order to exchange an item which had a 1 year warranty, unfortunately I did not have the receipt and we lost the old card but I did have the original statement with triangle. The 2 teenagers working there called the manager, who was immediately hostile towards us... long story short they refused to have any compassion and help us out saying "it goes against store policy" even though we have a triangle account and are loyal customers. Here's the best part: Today I came to the CA tire near eastgate and immediately they asked for our phone number; and processed our return, with no issues... This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS I'll never step foot in that store ever again, and neither should any of you. To the store owner, you are losing out on thousands of dollars and loyal customers because you hired a very bitter woman who is hostile and not friendly/helping towards customers, she should be immediately reported and fired, she knows who she is

Was shopping with my son and heard a loud thud behind me. Some overstock that was sitting on the top of the shelf fell off and almost landed on him in his stroller.

It's an okay Canadian Tire, but should be a lot more experienced hence its location and size. Nobody in the store could tell me when they were getting more live bait (worms) for fishing in stock. And upon going in the sporting goods person even mentioned they don't even sell them there...

I had a very bad experience with customer service and the worker there was very rude and racist with us. I don't think I will go to this branch again. You must find a solution to this inappropriate treatment that we were exposed to. We wanted to return a product and it was written on it that we can exchange it for something else. It was an air mattress. When we asked what the reason for the return was, we said that it was uncomfortable. Her response was that all air mattresses are uncomfortable, with some disdain for our opinion. We did not ask her opinion about why she was giving it to us. In general, I loved shopping from Canadian Tire, but after this experience, I will think again about going to shop from it again.

Worse ? ? customer service, I saw in Canada, Today, I bought the food process when I brought it home, and I saw that the machine one button was not working, so I went to return it, but they said it would not return I said why they said it's our policy if you buy any electronic stuff it would not return, I called their manager and I told her that machine is already damaged, I need to exchange or return it but she was so rude, and she said if you want to buy something first go check the policy then buy something and if you open the box it uses less so go and put in the garbage, don't bring it here for returning. I will never never visit this location again.

Their scam don’t even buy any electrical stuff from them I just got jump starter and 30 second. I return even I didn’t open it because one of my friend called me. He said don’t buy this one by more power one I called the manager she came. She was so rude in racist

Absolutely terrible customer service at this location. On more than one instance I've tried to return something I purchased a head light bulb after speaking with thier own automotive service guy he went and grabbed me the bulb I needed. Well it was the bulb and they wouldn't give me a refund because it was open, duh ya it was because I tried to put it in before I realized it was wrong.
Second time a bird feeder pole which was bent when opened and cheap material. Sorry only a store credit.
Third and now the final time a bird house that was just to heavy. Sorry she said it had been used, when it clearly wasn't and would only give me a store credit. I took it to another location and they returned it no problem.
Last time even entering this Canadian tire store. Wonder if they realize the amount of different options to shop like depot, Rona or hell even amazon?
The absolute worst place with terrible customer service. Even the other Canadian tire employee stated they are brutal.
