Took delivery of a dryer from Paddy's. The entire experience from purchase to delivery and installation was very good. Do not know the names of the two Paddy's employees who made the delivery. However they were professional.

Had a GREAT experience today with Paddy’s Market with instillation of our dryer. They went out of their way to install it on top of our washer.
We had a horrible experience with another company a month ago which stalled the replacement. Paddy’s Market stepped up and helped another fellow business.

This is a bit of a late review but everytime I look at my bar fridge my blood boils. I bought a jennair bar fridge from paddy's, I will add it wasn't cheap. I bought one with a handle not a built in. Let me add there was a built in and a non built in same model when I made.my purchase. I bought the one with the handle purposely so I didn't have to go through the hassle of getting my cabinet maker to build the other one in. My movers picked the fridge up.for me the day i was moving as they were coming from the east end. When it got to my house it was the built in one, I called right away and they said that is the one and they never had one with a handle, of course the built in one is harder to sell,very sneaky. I know there were 2 I never would have bought the built in one. I will never ever purchase from paddy's and discourage everyone I know from going there. They took advantage of me. Highly do not recommend.

This company is still living off the elderly, eventually they will be gone, and so will Paddys Market. Way overpriced, terrible customer service, rude staff.

Do not let them sell you on the extended warranty. The warranty company will not replace defective items. Dishwasher basket had rusted and falling apart, leaving rust on dishes. Thats not covered apparently. Save your money!

In an emergency we needed a new fridge as our 5 yr old LG died and we knew Paddy’s would have stalk on the floor. We purchased a Maytag from Paddy’s as it’s a better brand and lasts longer than LG, Samsung and GE. We were desperate to have the fridge before the weekend as eating out is so pricy. We went and picked it up to have it sooner as delivery wasn’t until mid week. Once we got it home and plugged in, we realized it was defective and not cooling but we left it 24 hrs and hoped. Next we tried to connect the water and it poured out all over our floor. The electronic water valve inside was cut. Paddy’s was already closed on Saturday night and not open on Sunday so we had no contact until Monday. No after hours contact and now we still had no fridge but $2000 less in our bank account. Monday morning, the only model they had to offer in exchange was another defective model returned by another customer OR to order new and wait till October. Then we had to return the defective fridge because we picked it up they wouldn’t come retrieve their defective model. Staff was pleasant and we did get our refund… but overall not a great experience. Had we waited for their delivery we’d still be without a fridge not realizing the fridge was a dud. If you are going to sell scratch and dent make sure the models work before selling them. This was a huge waste of our time in an already unpleasant circumstance.

I’ve purchased a fridge and a smoker from here (scratch and dent) that I’m more than happy with. I love supporting local and avoiding the big guys (homedepot is trash). Won’t hesitate to come here again for any future purchases!

Great staff! Amazing service! As a toddler mom browsing a warehouse wasnt my idea of a fun afternoon. One phone call to Luke, he confirmed what I was looking for, a quick trip, and within 15 minutes all is said and done. Great experience.

Recently I purchased my (at least) fourth appliance from Paddy's. You simply do not want to go anywhere else for good quality merchandise, excellent and knowledgeable service, speedy and professional delivery and prompt "after care". Shop the scratch and dent warehouse. You won't be sorry. Massive savings on high quality appliances and the very minor scratches and dents are in places they won't show. Seriously. Go here.
