“I normally go to the Barrie location for all my camera purchases/questions but I just found out there’s a location closer to me in Oshawa!! The staff at this location are absolutely lovely and so welcoming. They answered all my questions and even gave me suggestions to help my camera set up become even better!! Highly highly recommend coming here to buy cameras, equipment, lights, mics, or even if you have a few questions that you need help with on your pre existing purchases. They are able to help free of charge! xx ❤️”

“We just came in to buy a power cable. The employees were helpful. Though they lead us to buying the wrong cable (3 pronged instead of 2) (I don’t really blame them maybe we weren’t clear enough on our part) , when we went to return it the staff were super understanding and apologized.”
“As soon as me and my husband walked un, we were greeted and told us that there is a bit of a waiting time and they would help us as soon as possible. They kept saying sorry for the wait and they'll be with us shortly. A gentleman was working (didnt get a chance to get his name) and also Sarah. We dealt with Sarah and it's the best fido experience that I've ever had and I've been with Fido for over 10 years now. She was so polite and knowledgeable. I went in thinking what plan I wanted and what phone I wanted to upgrade to and with her expertise she got us a really good deal with the phone and plan knowing exactly what we were looking for. She picked the right phone for me. I also wanted a certain color but sadly she didn't have any in stock so she ran over to the Rogers store to see if they had any other colors available other than black. She also offered to transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone but I said I could do it at home, but it was nice that it was offered. She also put my glass screen on for me! Me and my husband are going back this week so my husband could upgrade his phone and plan too. Thank you Sarah! You made my day!”

They do have a lot of expensive items but their drinks and ready to eat foods are great prices and tasty. I really enjoy their hot dogs and my kids love the nachos.”

“Took delivery of a dryer from Paddy's. The entire experience from purchase to delivery and installation was very good. Do not know the names of the two Paddy's employees who made the delivery. However they were professional.”
