Not happy, dropped off a sign to get done. After months of no returned emails to the owner and staff I picked up my sign that was to be copied and will find another company. We are a large hotel chain and will not use his services for anything moving forward.

*Update below*Hired them to make our commercial light box sign. They said it would last long as they used proper materials. That was a lie. My sign started peeling after the first few months.I've contacted them several times and they refused to contact me back and replace the terrible work they did. Pics to follow.Don't trust them. Go elsewhere and spend your hard earned money.*Update Tuesday January 10th 2023So the owner finally says he's coming to fix the sign, then says he changed his mind because I shared my experience here. I said I would change the review once he fixed his work that didn't last 3 months. He had refused. I guess he'd rather the review stay for all to see.Don't believe anything they tell you. They don't guarantee their work. They take your money and run.

I have dealt with Zing Signs twice now in the last couple of months, and both times I received prompt, professional service with great attention to detail. The whole process of designing, ordering and printing the signs was quick and seamless and I had my product in the time frame promised. Pricing was great too!
