I ordered a set of Svetlana 6L6 tubes, quad matched set. My tech installed them. After about 8-10hrs of play time a tube went bad. My tech checked the amp out and tested the tube on a tester and found it was bad. Orderd a replacement and mentioned what we found in the comments of the order. Hayden sent a replacement tube overnight and all I had to pay was the $7 UPS ride. After installing it I ran into another issue and called Hayden and with our discussion was able to rectify my issue. He took the time to help me sort it out and save me from buying another quad set of expensive tubes. He went above and beyond. This is how customer service is supposed to work. The Tube Store and Hayden have earned my future business, no question. Big shout out to Hayden. You rock.

By far the best customer service in my 15 years or buying tubes! Even when I had a problem once with a bad tube, it went seem less! I totally trust these guys! Thank you!

I couldn't be happier with my experiences at the Tube Store! When one of the JJ EL34II's showed up with glass shards in the bottle they sent out a new one... when the new one red plated they sent another... no questions asked!! I just got around to biasing the Marshall JCM800 clone with those tubes and they are a very close match! Last week I needed a 6AX5 rectifier for an old Ampex machine and they sold me a PERFECT new in the box RCA example for 14 Canadian dollars... They could have given me an inferior brand but they didn't... I think it demonstrates how much they care about the products they sell. I've also purchased capacitors here and have had no issues at all... very pleasant to deal with...Very grateful that their store is within easy driving distance from me... will definitely be shopping with them again.

I dealt with the owner . I found him to be very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I could ask him any questions without concerns. The product was great lots of variations of products. Great and very professional atmosphere. Highly recommend this business.

Excellent and fast service! Easy to change my order last minute and picked up same day. The tubes sound amazing and addressed the issues I was having with my amp, highly recommend the premium selection of tubes.

Buyer Beware. The tube store offers a free shipping option that just says "post" 1-3 weeks. Turns out that means "air parcel post" and it can take more than 6 weeks for two little tubes to arrive. I'm going on week 7 and still have not received my order. The tube store says they can't help me; it's my fault because I chose the free shipping option.I paid for the tubes and never received them. I won't make that mistake again.

They arrived pretty quickly, so now I have the tubes I ordered. I guess just don't use their free shipping option; if your order is lost they can't trace it.

Purchased what I thought was pairs of tubes based on the fact their price was double what is being charged by other retailers and the "matched" selection availability. When I received the tubes and addressed the misleading page and remarkably inflated price they would only return them for a 15% restocking fee and I pay return shipping. I have no problem with policies like that but the tubes were purchased under false pretenses. I had numerous purchases in the past with them but this is really an unsavory business practice. No sane person would pay twice the price for new power tubes without being misled.

I originally had a 2 stars review, because I had issues with tubes on multiple orders. It was getting really annoying and on the last occasion, the store asked that I ship them back at my expense. While I understood at the time it was their policy, it's still extremely annoying to keep getting defective tubes and then being told to pay additional costs send them back. My intention was to not buy from them again. My review was fair and polite, although obviously negative.That being said! I was recently in a rush and had no choice but to order from them. Not ideal, but oh well. That's when "Jon" from Tube Store wrote me an email with the level of maturity of a 16 years old. It was essentially complaining about my negative review and made lame attempts at reminding me I wrote that I'd never buy from them again (which I knew very well when I placed my order).If my original review would have been harsh, insulting or mean, I would understand the behavior. But seriously what the...?! What a bunch of clowns haha!

There return policy is vague. Will not shop here again, I was willing to pay the shipping return and restocking fee. Was told unless it's defective they won't take return. I was told we are not here to troubleshoot amps.

I've purchased tubes from thetubestore.com for a number of years now. They've got a great selection, great prices, and products get to the US quickly and are expertly packed. Recently I had a problem with a tube and Dave took care of it immediately and made it right. So, that means they provide great customer service as well. You can be sure I'll purchase from them again in the future.

The tubestore.com is the place to go for all of your vacuum tube needs. I have purchased tubes from them several times over the last couple years. They always have plenty of choices, fair prices and fast shipping!I had a recent experience when one of the tubes shipped to me was defective. I emailed tubestore.com support in the evening, and Dave got back to me bright and early that next morning. He searched his inventory and found another tube that he shipped to me that very same day! I was very impressed with the customer service I received and the friendliness of the staff! I highly recommend!

I was referred to the tube store by several friends that are tube audiophiles.They all told me that The Tube Store is the place to go for their knowledge , friendly and reliable service and prompt shipping.I just want to concur they were absolutely right.From the gentleman who assisted me in my selection of tubes to Sandra who patiently assisted me with a question I had regarding my headphone amp I simply couldn’t have asked for more.Thanks so very much with my first , but certainly not last order.Kindest RegardsRay
