Brand new cell phone sold may be Refurbished. Be careful if you need to buy the cell phone there.I got iPhone in December 2021 by joining the 2 years plan. Later (within warranty period), my son found Face ID was not functional. We dropped the cell phone to Apple store in Burlington. Guess what? They said some part inside cell phone was replaced aftet they diagnosed. My gosh! It was new cell phone when we got it from this store!! The thing terrible happened when we went back this terrible store. They said my son went somewhere to replace the part. First of all, we didn't give money to him. How did he replace the part?! Secondly, it was still on warranty and he knew it. Why did he have to go somewhere instead of Apple store.Highly DO NOT recommend this story at Costco in Hamilton.

I was number one in line and yet someone walked up and got looked after. I was told that they would call me when it was my turn. I was lucky to see the text. Will not happen again. Will buy elsewhere. I have never been treated so rudely.

Came in to get a new phone. But due to issues on my side it was not possible. My representative clearly explained my options and work to resolve the issue, unfortunately he could not. He was patient and relaxed through the while non-transaction. Never displaying any annoyance or impatience at me. Very calm and professional.Thank you.

Just got a new cellphone from Costco and they certainly went out of their way to help me get everything set up properly and to make sure everything was transferred and working.
