A nice, well organized bookstore. Prices seemed to be quite reasonable. There's a basement full of cheaper paperbacks. Great, friendly owners.

Such a lovely little bookshop with all sorts of books you can imagine, including lots that are vintage. The couple that runs the shop are also so unbelievably sweet! Will be visiting again (:

My fiancé and I are from London, and this is honestly the best book store we have been to. The owners are some of the friendliest people I have ever met, they even gave us both a cup of coffee after we arrived! I love science fiction and fantasy and almost the entire basement section of the store was dedicated to the two genres, so I was in absolute heaven. We both found some books we have had a hard time tracking down, and it was such a wonderful experience at the store. I cannot wait to return to their store, it is more than worth the drive from London, it is the best!

My fiancé and I came to their store for the first time when they were soon closing, and we realized that we needed a lot more time than we had. We are from London and we just had to come back a different day when we had a lot more time. They have an excellent selection of all types of books, great prices, and the owners are just the sweetest people in the world. They recognized us from the time we came before, knew we came all the way from London and made us both a cup of coffee as we perused around. I cannot overstate how incredibly friendly they are. They are also both extremely knowledgeable and we able to help me with anything I was looking for. If I could give higher than a 5 star rating, I most definitely would. I cannot emphasize just how wonderful of a store it was and we cannot wait to go back!

Excellent book store with many cool finds! The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Although the prices tether a bit on the pricy side, you’ll no doubt find cool, local stuff and take home something from its excellent selection. It also feels very homey! They have these cool handmade bookmarks made with a collection of special stamps which I always purchase. One of the best thrift book stores imo.

Excellent selection and customer service. I always find amazing books here. They are particular about what they buy which is fantastic for people looking to buy, give you a fair price towards store credit and are really good at steering you to an area if you ask. Friendly, knowledgeable, and great conversation. Highly recommend.

My fiancée and I visited about a week ago to get a bunch of books for a wedding project we're working on. We phoned ahead and told the staff of our plans, and they were very supportive. When we arrived, they had picked out a stack of books for us and then helped us find more books from their shelves to match our wedding colours.The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and one of the staff members even helped us carry the books to our car across the street. We're incredibly grateful to the staff, and we'll definitely be back for all our used book needs. I highly recommend Westside Stories to everyone for both their stellar service and extensive selection.Thanks for your help!
