I'd give zero stars if I could but sadly Walmart upper management won't see this review but either way, the problem at this store is the management and more specifically the store manager named ( Manny) if anyone can get a hold of head office please do. The staff here have given up and are quitting left right and center but can you blame them ? I've shopped here plenty of times and the shelves are always empty but there is so many skids laying around with the product you need but no staff member is around to unbox and stock the shelves. Get rid of these managers Walmart they aren't doing you any favours and are killing business for you!

I got scammed I have paid $250 for one Apple Card but got $100 but that too is invalidThen I got a $50 Apple Card but that workedI was trying to get $550 but she told me I can only get $500 Apple Card per person per day I was so angry and pissed The point of such Walmart

the employee do not want to help the customer entirely. the customer service is kids who do not take responsibility for work and talking to atleast customer just standing like mannequin. omni of this store is the worst

I'd give zero if i could. 45 minutes to find an online order (3 items)! You order online for convenience, not to stand waiting for 45 minutes while staff are laughing and joking.

Worst phone service ever. The phone is supposed to be a faster way of gaining information without having to waste time and gas but I’ve been on hold for 20min with no one even searching for the item just waiting for someone to pick up. It’s faster to go in store to find the item myself but the problem is the item is not where it’s supposed to be but online says they have it ridiculous

I came in today to want to exchange a different size for diapers. I believe her name was Jane, told me I couldn't. I don't understand why because I've done it before many times. She gave me a hard time. I had 174 Huggies sealed in perfect condition & 112 size 2 Pampers in also perfect condition both from Walmart so I had no idea what she was talking about when she said my diaper boxes aren't from Walmart. She told me that Walmart doesn't carry this count for both of my boxes. That is a lie. Not sure if the manager didn't read Walmarts policy to her but they should read it again to her if anything. In policy you can.. as long as it around the same count. Very disappointed in my experience. I then go to Upper James and they kindly exchange my pamper box without any problem!! Do not go to Jane for help, she has no idea what she's doing or talking about but instead likes to cause problems over her untrained fit position.

This is an appeal to enhance security in this location. On Wednesday August 30 at about 7:30 pm a group of people were acting unruly, cutting people off etc. When they checked out a little kid with them had a fairly big toy that nobody paid for, which they were asked to. The man of the group grabbed the toy roughly and threw it, shouting racial slurs. Customers and 3 staffers heard all of this. This was extremely upsetting. Don't leave it yo gentle staffers to manage. .
