Tony and his team were absolutely amazing! They were so personable. Their expertise and kind personality made our install seamless. He was extremely knowledgeable about his technology. He walked us through how to use our new TV. Even our little dog loved them. Thank you Tony for everything ?. Thank you Visions for making my husband's Christmas Dreams come true ?❤️

By far the worst customer service with online orders. Their system failed and billed me twice for a product that I was trying to purchase . After multiple attempts to contact customer service on the phone with no success I was told to email them instead . I sent multiple emails and after two weeks finally got a reply with information that was not true . I did call the store on Queenston Rd. the manager Eric did try to help but unfortunately if you buy online you must deal with online support. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced… do yourself a favour and go into the store…DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE .. you’ll thank me.

I bought a t v with a soundbar and Chad it delivered and installed by Tony.The service I received in the store was excellent although the sales clerk tried selling me a more expensive TV. The one I bought shows after installing a clear beautiful picture. Tony did a great job,was on time and clear in his explaining of the technical features..

Nothing but problem with a laptop, keep fixing or replacing, took back laptop for 3rd time and told us not covered cause it had " physical damage" caused by opening it up!!!!! Really now our problem. Do buy from them, won't look after you,We had 3 different laptops and the last one for 2 weeks!!! JunkUpdate they gave us a gift certificate to use but had to use it within 6 months, really??!! Why an expiry date??You tell us to contact the local store, they DON'T care, they made that very clear.

Truly disappointed. I wanted to like this store so much as it has a vibe of Future Shop. But, things don't work always the way we want.I was in the market for a good AVR receiver and the model I was after was in stock, or at least that was listed on their website. Contacted closest store to make sure it is available before driving over.Unfortunately, I was told it is sold out, but they do have open box. I don't mind open box, but wanted to know the price before driving over...To my surprise, every store I called gave me the same answer and some of the sales people were quite arrogant - You HAVE to come to the store to 'discuss"...After 4 stores I gave up and called Gibby's, and was given all the information over the phone - plain and simple.Needless to say picked it up same afternoon after a bit too long drive for my taste, but it was worth it as I got the stuff I was after.
