I have Virgin Plus Internet Service and it was great for a while. I had to have my modems replaced twice and a bell technician come in to fix my internet service. Now today for some reason my internet services speec is crap because I watch a YouTube video I am subscribed to this channel and every 3 minutes it starts saying loading loading and I have to press return and press middle button for it to continue. This is garbage. I am going to complain to Virgin Plus at Limeridge Mall and tell them if you don't fix this problem I will file a complaint against this company with the Better Business Bureau, my MP, My MPP and my City Councilor and you can deal with them. I would recommend you go with either Bell Internet Service or Cogeco not them.

Our sales person, Aldin, was amazing! So friendly and didn’t try to upsell. Gave us the all the options from least expensive to most expensive and was very honest. He was very professional and kind and spent a lot of time with us making sure everything was set up and ready to go. I would highly recommend.

Sahel and Wesley were amazing to work with. Sahel helped me find a new phone and plan that was perfect for me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout that whole process. Later when I returned after canceling my previous provider Wesley made sure that I got my previous phone number that I still wanted greatly, even after coming in at the very last minute before closing. Can’t say enough great things about Sahel and Wesley. Both very kind people that should get recognition for their great costumer service. Come to this location and deal with either of them for a great experience.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Went in early last week to hardware upgrade both mine and my wife's phones to get a Google Pixel 8 Pro. The had to run to another store in the mall to get the phone for my wife and were told it would be 3-5 business days by the sales representative. Well, those 3-5 business days came and went, no contact from the store. The few times I tried calling, it was pulling teeth to find out that my order had still not arrived, was even hung up on once. Called today, and was told my phone was in. Went in and found out because new billing cycle had started and I still had an outstanding balance, I couldn't do the hardware upgrade until it's fully paid off. They wouldn't even call and see if they could try and get it pushed through. My only options given were pay and they do the upgrade or cancel the upgrade request. Found out, they emailed me, but to the wrong email account. Worst customer service ever. Seriously considering cancelling my service with them.

I had a wonderful experience when getting a new phone with Virgin Mobile, with help from Nikki. She was excellent, very patient and answered all of my many questions. She was very helpful with great customer service and a very positive experience when switching providers and getting a new phone. She made the process feel very easy, and she explained everything. Virgin has great deals and I was offered great discounts with the newest and best technology. 10/10 would recommend!!
