“I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Karm, the owner of Discovery Motors on Kenilworth Ave in Hamilton.His presentation of the vehicle was calm and professional and so he was very easy to deal with. I test drove it and made a purchase.After having driven the vehicle home to Ajax, Ontario, I call Karm to mention an intermittent noise of sorts in the drive train. I figured he had not noticed it in the short drives he had as I barely noticed it myself. Also the noise got worse as the vehicle warmed up.Even though I had not purchased any warranty, because it happened right away, Karm did not hesitate and told me to get it diagnosed.It turns out that the transfer case was worn. He was prepared to pay for the diagnosis and have it repaired at his cost with a guaranteed part from the auto recyclers.(I threw in a few extra dollars and had a reman box installed). It is back together and working perfectly.I feel like he treated me very well and stood behind his product. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family for their next vehicle purchase.”

“I never really write reviews but this one deserves it.We came from the Netherlands without a credit card, only debit card and prepaid credit card. So we got stuck at our airbnb because almost every car rental needed a credit card or a debit card with Ontario driving license.So after we went to a kia dealer they suggested us sam’s auto “ master rental car”We called sam and they could help us directly so we went to sam’s auto and payed the rental and deposit amount cash and sing a contract and we had a car for 4 days.We are so happy with their service otherwise we will be stuck in canada without a car. Also a part fall off the car what not our fault was and dint get in trouble with them.They are so nice and it make our vacation stay here beter because we got scammed at a airbnb that we booked so we already had a bad time here, but this made everything good.If you come here from a other country sam is the man for a car rental.Thanks a lot!!”

“I was looking for a pair of winter tires, I searched on FB and got one at this place. I walked in without calling and assisted me very well. He showed me tires and gave it to me. Later, my own Mechenic found out there was a crack on side wall of tire. I brought tire back to Mike and he immediately said I’m refunding your money. Instead I asked if he can get me Rotors and brakes installed on my car. He right away sent my car in Mechenic shop and saved my time. Mike is a very nice and busy guy.”
“Amazing! Allowed me to test drive a car right before closing and stayed open late for us. The next day all the paperwork was in order and I was able to drive away with my new beautiful car. We requested some additional information and it was given with no questions asked. The car was detailed and clean and the price was perfect and fit my budget (with some adjustment on their part).
