review dates: october 5, 2021, august 13, 2022customer service date: mid-august '21 thru september 15, 2021back in late july 2021, i had a dream and vision to create some nice custom hockey themed gym bags for personal use and as a gift for a friend's son.imagine contacting 7 embroidery stores, with only 4 replying back ...and 3 of them are unwilling, unable, or uninterested in stitching & heat pressing sports patches onto a gym bag.tony d. from total sport graphics (stoney creek) was the man who stepped in with the critical save. tony was very fair, forthcoming, respectful and honest in my dealings both in-person and by e-mail.after we decided the best way to make the gym bag dream become a reality, tony recommended teresa from queenston tailors as the seamstress and TSG would do the heat pressing. i also added name printing on the inside flap of the main compartment of each gym bag as a personalization effort.between TSG and queenston tailors both outfits did a fantastic job ???? helping make my hockey canada & stanley cup champion tampa bay lightning bags become a reality.(maple leafs, nhl and tampa /stanley cup patches were ordered from texas. hockey canada patch was ordered from ontario.)prices were very fair for what was being asked. as with unique custom work like this, allow adequate time to get all tasks completed. 1 week each for TSG and queenston tailors to do their tasks.they also did a custom maple leafs gym bag for my friend's 8-yr old son. the boy, his mom and dad, and myself, we were all very pleased with the end result. and the boy has probably the best looking maple leafs embroidered gym bag in southern ontario, if not the country.????pictures of tony/teresa's hard work are attached. (last names that were printed on the gym bags were covered up for privacy reasons.) the gym bag customizations look good in pictures, and even better in personas an aside, if anyone reading this were to ask or say to themselves, why would i pay someone to heat press basic team patches...my answer is if one has the experience to do it, go ahead. my thought process was and remains, better to pay the $8 per patch and have a pro do it then to mess up on my own and ruin a $50 bag (plus any patches that would have to be re-ordered) if i messed it up. plus any lost time having to re-order items.in saying all that, thank you tony d. for the important role you played in helping me re-live my 1980's hockey experience! ????august 13, 2022: thanks to tony d. at total sport graphics, along with teresa from queenston tailors, we were able to successfully produce 2 toronto maple leafs concept bags, and 1 hockey canada bag as nice gift ideas for some friend's kids. needless to say, the kids and parents were very pleased with the final product.tony did the patch pressings and name printings, teresa did the final patch stitching. see pictures for more details. ????bottom line: i would use TSG again if i was in the market for sports printing and embroidery, and would recommend TSG to others.

I used TSG for high school school spirit wear and the students and staff loved it! Very professional and easy to deal with. Will visit and purchase from again :)
