The staff is very helpful. I arrived just before the close of store and still I received best customer service. There was no rush and all my questions were answered. They also helped in choosing the right product. All their products are very high quality.

Friendly staff but product is always out of stock. Frustrating when it seems like everytime you want to give them a chance they're out of the colors you need. You're better off going up the street to Radiant.

This place has disappointed me 3 times now! This has been the second time I’ve come to the store to find the door locked during the business hours posted on their website. The first time I went to the store and found it closed earlier than what their website had stated. The second was this evening when I went to the store just after 5pm, knowing it was closing at 6pm, and found the door locked with a sign on the door saying “closed for the day for inventory.” The 3rd disappointing experience I had with this store was when they were out of a product and offered to order one in for me. Long story short, the product was never ordered and I never ended up receiving the product in the end, after waiting almost 2 months and getting different stories from each employee. Do you think people have time or gas to waste?
