Twice now I have tried to do printing at this location. First after asking about colour printing on card stock (about 17x11), and this time trying to get one image twice on a sheet (that Kitchener’s UPS Store had no issues doing the same image), I was met with incompetencies. The first time they printed black and white on regular letter paper and wanted to charge me. This time, the employee showed me he wasn’t willing to use any program other than image print to print my file. Do not go here for printing.

Always polite when I drop off packages. They are 5 stars because they took a request to make a poster for me, made suggestions on how to achieve the best quality print, and they completed it in 10 minutes, while I waited. Thanks!

The delivery service should be better than this. I've been waiting on a package that was to be delivered Dec 23rd, the app kept showing "attempt delivery" however Noone ever came to my door. I later found out that because I didn't prepay import fees the driver was skipping my delivery because he didn't have a device to accept payment! What?? Why wouldn't I get an email? Now I have paid the import fee your driver came to my door and still didn't leave the package because I wasn't home to show proof of payment -_-

Yesterday I dropped off a parcel going to the UK. The staff member Golam (hope I haven't butchered his name) was so very helpful. He took care of all of the custom documents efficiently, and set things up so I would receive a text when the parcel leaves Canada and when it is delivered. I really appreciate the care he took.
