I would highly recommend this store to anyone who needs to buy furniture. I visited the store with al lot of negative reviews from people but my opinion changed instantly as I met the staff. I met Puneet who helped me a lot buying the right mattress for me. He was really polite and humble clearing all my doubts and patiently helped me. I would highly recommend for anyone to go and meet Puneet and he will go beyond limits to help you out and get you the best deal possible. My overall experience was really good buying from this store and would surely visit this store to buy more stuff.

Addison helped with my living room set purchase today and went above and beyond for me. She was helpful, sweet and patient. More stores should have employees like her. My living room set minus the ottoman will be delivered while I’m moving into my new house. I’ll be back at the end of the week to make several more purchases for my house and I would like to deal with her again. If she works on commissions, she deserves the sales from me and it will be a significant amount I’m buying at the end of the week. Thank you for all your help and what you did for me today.

My mother and I purchased a Galanz fridge from this location early March. Three weeks ago, not even 5 months old, the fridge stopped working.
After beginning the warranty process, it took a couple days for a technician to show up only to say he needed to order a part - he was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Said the part would be in next week.
It's been over a week since and we've received no update on the repair process, and at this point it's obviously quite frustrating to not have a working fridge and it's costing us a lot in spoiled food.
I will update this review once it's all sorted out, but this has overall been quite a terrible experience thus far, especially after paying an additional $250 on top of the sticker price for the warranty at purchase.
Edit: They came and fixed the fridge about a week ago. Still upset it took so long but at least it's working again.
