Excellent customer service! Ahmad greeted me right away and was very helpful. He was upfront and honest about phone choices and small print. He handled my switch to telus with ease and at no time was he pushy, just friendly and helpful.

“Online only” promotions which leads to extreme delays in receiving package. Why can’t we just purchase in store with the promotion? Employee at the store not helpful and not friendly.

Be aware that this store may refuse to return products in original condition unused and within the return policy time.On the Telus website the return policy states that they will return unused inactive SIM cards within 15 days of purchase with a receipt and the guy working in there refused me and was quite rude, didn't so much as look at my receipt or the SIM card even though it was still in its credit card shaped packaging..I called another location thinking I may be mistaken and they told me to bring it down to return it.

I had a problem with my phone today and Matt solved it right away . As usual, the staff at Tellus at Lime Ridge Mall are the best !!!!! Highly recommend them !!!!

I wish I can give zero star. worst customer service. We waited for almost an hour in the store however as soon as he got free he start attaining girls who just came 5 min ago.His name is "Mehboob"Initaly, we just tried to ask him question while customer he was attaining was selecting phone cover by themselves. we asked him do you have Iphone 15 pro max. he completely ignored us regardless he was sitting and watching customer selecting.And after waiting for one hour other employee told me they do not have deliver I neededI will never ever bring my business to telus again.

Answered all my questions quickly and professionally. Very friendly staff and great service. I was lucky as there weren't many customers at the time, but I would definitely recommend scheduling and appointment if you want a quick and easy service.

I was just in the Limeridge Telus store. I was panicked because I'd lost my cell phone. Sheridan immediately came up to me as I came in and she was fantastically calm and patiently explained what could be done. She even got me a better rate than I was currently paying, and she explained how to call in a missing/stolen IMEI to Apple. I just felt so much better knowing that I was in her capable hands. She has a very calm and pleasant demeanor. Also, Oliver is great too! Great team! These two are exactly why I've been a Telus customer for a couple of decades. Raises and a promotion for Sheridan! And Oliver!
