I bought a mobile phone and they forced me to get insurance, but after the screen of the phone broke, this insurance charged me 200 dollars, and the sellers of this shop are all frauds, and after the purchase, they have no answer and do not provide any service. Please do not buy from this store, you will lose your money and you will have nothing but regret

Honestly it has been the best customer service I have ever received, Alexis has always been super efficient and very friendly, the guys do their best to understand the needs of the customers regardless of the language barriers. If you want new equipment, lines, etc... you will be in the best hands and the best team.
