Visited tbooth store in Limeridge mall for first time ever and was helped by a gentleman named Mark, I must say he was very knowledgeable about the products and also had great recommendations of phone plans which suited my day to day cell phone usage needs. He went above and beyond to help me make a decision as I am not a very tech savvy person and also made sure he explained the Phone Plan verbally as well as broke down on paper how the charges will show up in the Bill which was easier to understand for me, I must say it is not everyday you find this level of customer service and professionalism these days.
Shout out to Mark for being wonderful at what he does to put smiles on customers face with his outstanding politeness and professionalism.

I had THE best experience at this location with help from Alan. this was my first time getting a new phone by myself, and was completely walking in blind with just wants and needs. I was recommended speaking with Alan by friends, and while waiting for my turn, I was able to hear so many praises from return customers who buy all of their phones from him. I waited patiently, as I already knew I was about to be hooked up. Alan was very thorough with explaining everything, and gave me many different options to choose from in different price ranges. getting a new phone can be a sometimes lengthy process (we love technology) but, Alan was patient and kind the entire time. I even had some issues setting up my imessage, and Alan was quick to let me know I can reach out to him for help or questions. I highly suggest everyone request him if you’re in the market for a new phone! will definitely be back!

every time i come here i have walk out a happy customer.
went in today, and honestly was the best experience.
the men there are the most friendliest. and nicest people.
every question asked got answered.
all problems that occurred got solved.
the customer service these men have is amazing. they were so helpful in every way possible. described each step thru.
highly recommend coming here. no regrets. positive vibes. great energy. overall just a wonderful experience.

Great experience with tbooth always. Since 3 years i have purchased all my electronics from T booth. For sure better service and help than any other service or retail store. Especially could not thank you enough for personalized help and going above and beyond. Make sure you go see Rishi, a trip for a new phone and plan was going to cost me quite a bit or so I thought. Rishi set me up with a new phone for next to nothing and got me a new phone plan for way less than I was paying before and more data. Rishi gets you a great deal.

I am utterly disappointed with the abysmal service provided by Pinal at T-Booth. My husband went there seeking assistance with his SIM card issues after switching to Bell. Instead of offering any semblance of customer service, Pinal had the audacity to charge $10 for a new SIM card and instructed my husband to activate it himself! When confronted about the poor service, Pinal callously brushed off the responsibility, claiming it wasn't a new activation and that contacting Bell's fraud department would take too long. It's appalling that a supposed service provider would refuse to assist a distressed customer and instead opt for the easy way out. We were forced to seek help elsewhere, and Bell at Limeridge Mall thankfully provided the support we needed. It's utterly unacceptable for someone in the service industry to display such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Avoid T-Booth if you value competent and respectful service.

I was at Tbooth today looking to update my phone plan, Alan, Pinal and Zii made it very quick and easy. I highly recommend that anyone with phone service issues or looking for a good plan/service should come and see these guys. They are absolutely amazing, very friendly and by far provide the best service in the city.
