We love the car the service is horrible. We had numerous issued just waiting for the car to arrive. Signed papers for loan and schedule pick up of new car on November 21st. We wanted new floor matts installed before pick up. Got a call 2 days before and we're told we had to sign more papers, even though they new only one of us was going to pick it up. Had to re-schedule for January 3rd. No call back to confirm pick up. Then we called to have winter tires and rims installed before pick up. Again to call back even though we specifically asked that the message was forwarded to someone as our sales men was off sick. Called again on January 2 and no winter tires and too find out our salesman is no longer with them. Great service from Matthew who took over as our salesman. We advised him of all the problems we are having trying to get this taken care of before pick up on January 3. Day of pick up tires we're still not installed. Had to return a second time to pick up new car. The lack of communication between staff and management is deplorable. In the end we finally got the car and Subaru thru in floor mats and storage of tires for free. I hope this isn't the way they do business. Thank-you Matthew for finally taking care of us. I feel so bad that he was put in this position.

TJ was a great salesperson to deal with. Very communicative and clear, with no pressure sales tactics. Entire purchase was done via email/phone call. Highly recommended if you're looking for a Subaru and definitely going to pass along his information to my friends.
