Store is beautifully laid out- nicely organized, and has much to offer! From their whole chickens to the halloumi, their products are good quality for fair prices. They have an impressive variety of reputable brands (as a professional cook this is exciting), and amazing customer service! Great place for a one stop shop!

Very happy with the service. Order was delivered within the selected time slot. Meat is of good quality and nicely packed. The gentleman who delivered the groceries was friendly. I'll order again and hope that more products are available for the online purchase. Let's support local.

Beautiful, clean and tidy store with friendly staff. Reasonable prices and you can get free delivery within Hamilton if purchasing at least $25 worth of products. Only place in Hamilton to buy preserved lemon!

Amazing place to get anything you need whether it’s olive oil imported from Lebanon or Jordanian Za’atar. The prices are great as well and they do FREE delivery to your house. Halal meats are high quality for good prices.

I read about this company a couple of months ago in the Hamilton Spectator. I thought it was wonderful that they offer free delivery to Burlington with a minimal order. Everything I've bought from them has been high quality and I've been able to find things that I can't see anywhere else locally. The customer service is friendly and welcoming. My last order came less than two hours after I ordered, which I found amazing. I definitely recommend this store.

Khalil is an amazing Chef and his sister Faten is fantastic in customer service and creating software for businesses . Together they are amazing and please support local businesses! Today July 8, 2021 at around 7:00 am I placed an on line order with sook. I got conformation and delivery promise between 9 am to 11 am. It is after 5 pm. Now. No delivery . But yes , a visa charge. Phoned 4 times , No answer. Left 4 messages. No answer. Wrote an email , No answer. And most importantly, NO groceries, NO delivery. Now I am curious. Will they ever deliver? What will happen to my money? p.s. we are now on the 11th of July. They did take our money but delivered nothing. Is this a real store?

It is an amazing store. they claim to deliver but so far , did not! on July 8 2021 we put in an online order. we received conformation and a promised time slot for delivery. this is all we received! they took our money and kept the groceries . today is already the 11th of July. no money . no groceries. we are now taking steps to see our money back. is this even a real store?
