I purchased a bloom mattress when they first came out in 2017 over the years the mattress has separated and fell apart it was no longer supportive and started to hurt my back to the point where I’d wake up in pain
I contacted sleep country customer service and started a warranty on the mattress seven years after the purchase date.
there were a lot of things required to complete the warranty, thankfully I had everything I needed and the warranty was successful, I was able to pick out a replacement mattress
we are completely satisfied with the process and knowing that sleep country will stand by there products

I’ve had my new adjustable bed frame and the sealy raindrop mattress.. I’m not impressed with this bed at all . It hurts my back, can’t get comfortable at all., we spent a lot on this and it’s so not worth it?

Never again will I buy from here sales rep lies, customer service lies been in a warrenty claim for 15 plus days Sleep country does not warrenty the mattress only the manufacturer does they will ask for 100 photos and deny each photo draging the process on and on google it if you dont believe me im not the only one.....thousands spent you would think they care about people getting sleep

There is no hurry at all. They are very noligable and patient. If the bed you purchased is not the right feel for your night's sleep, you can get a better one within 90 days. I know because I bought one that was too soft for me, and it is being picked up, and a medium hard one is being delivered

Ordered a mattress a couple months ago and finally got it delivered yesterday, it’s a totally different bed and now we are stuck paying for a $2500 bed that we don’t want, the bed we tried out was very firmAnd the one that was ordered for us was a soft bed, I have never woken up in so much pain before, and we don’t want an exchange we want a full refund, the woman whoSold it to us just ordered whatever she wanted and I called and she’s totally clueless, she told me the mattress was the best in Canada and all the reviews I checked online said it wasn’t even on the top 10, she sold is something for more and gave us a cheaper mattress, we want a full refund for this bed, we did not order this bed we shouldn’t have to pay for something we didn’t order, we are going to get a cheap mattress from Costco, but we should not have to keep paying for this bed from sleep country, we want it picked up and fully refunded, this was a commission scam and we don’t want any part of it

I would like to say that Sean was an amazing salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, he spent time explaining the benefits of foam mattresses for my wife with Rheumatoid arthritis. Unfortunately we purchased a lesser mattress from another Sleep Country store during the Black Friday sale. And although he wasn't able to get commission he still upgraded us to the perfect mattress. In the future I would not hesitate to purchase a mattress from Sean.

Hi. I am a fixed income Senior Citizen who for a very long time has wanted to purchase a Tempurpedic mattress but was not able to do so. That is until August of this year, when I discovered that Sleep Country had a special sale on them. I regret that I cannot remember the name of the young lady who patiently explained the benefits of the various Tempurpedic mattresses so I am going to call her Ms A (because I know her name began with A). After we went through everything I decided that I would like to purchase the Tempurpedic Proadapt Orange mattress. Ms A reserved for me the mattress I selected and I promised to return the following day to finalize the purchase, after discussing the purchase with my wife.The following day I returned to the store to finalize the purchase but unfortunately Ms A was not on duty that afternoon as she was scheduled for the evening shift that day. However, I spoke with Sean, her colleague, who also appeared to be very knowledgeable about the Tempurpedic line of mattresses. While finalizing the sale Sean mentioned that he thought that after a while I would find the Orange Tempurpedic Proadapt to be too firm, leading to discomfort. He noted that he had a Tempurpedic Proadapt Teale, which is less firm, which he loved, and thought that I might want to consider purchasing the Teale instead of the Orange. He pointed out that since I would have the 100 night comfort guarantee there really wouldn't be any risk if I wish to try out the Teale. Since he made a good case for me to try the Teale, I accepted his suggestion and went with the Teale. By the way the lower price of the Teale did not appear to be reflected on my Sales Order. A little over a week later my mattress was delivered. To that point I was very happy with the service that I received from Ms. A, Sean and the delivery men. Sean also pointed out that it would probably take a month or more for us to get used to the new mattress and enjoy all of the benefits.Regrettably having slept on the mattress for more than a month, we found that it was too soft for us; so we decided that since we were still well within the 100 night test period, we would like to switch to the Tempurpedic Proadapt Orange mattress. However, yesterday (Nov 8/22), when we went to the Sleep Country store to advise them of our decision, we were informed that we could make the change but at a cost of $1800.00. In essence, combined with what we had already paid, we would be paying full price for the mattress. Needless to say this was a very unpleasant surprise for us as this information negated all that we had been discussed with us earlier.Fortunately this all changed!!!I found out that the young lady's name is Ayla and when I got back in touch with her she got in touch with Customer Services. Now I am very Happy to Say that they worked it out so that my mattress got replaced at no/no cost to me.Sleep Country certainly has the product and they very definitely stand behind their guarantees. I am delighted to say that I am a very satisfied customer and would strongly recommend Sleep Country, should anyone ask.
