“I had a very pleasant shopping experience here this past Sunday. I was looking for specific items I saw online and a very nice sales lady (name started with an S) helped me find them, got my change room together, switched out the sizes I needed and even provided feedback on which items looked better than others. I try to avoid shopping in person due to poor customer service you find in most stores these days, but not here. I really felt this sales lady went the extra mile. Also, the lady checking me out at the cash did an excellent job explaining the dynamite app and how to earn points to get discounts on future purchases. I look forward to shopping at this location in the future:)”
“The staff at Tootsie's are always very helpful. I purchased a pair of running shoes as a gift for my sister-in-law in April. With her busy schedule, and she lives out of town, it was a few months before she was able to return the shoes because they didn't fit properly. She did not have a receipt but the staff gladly exchanged the shoes for her and stated that they just wanted our customers to be happy. Kudos to Tootsie's!”

“I was there helping my neighbour return a few items and exchange them for the correct size. She is seeing impaired and did not have her bill. However, the 2 staff members , one who had served her the previous day, was very helpful in making the necessary adjustment. They handled the transaction with such kindness and concern , that I'm sorry I did not get their names to contact their manager and say how much my neighbour appreciated their help.”

“Let me start off by saying that my mom spends most of her time at home due to her health. She has poor vision and bad mobility. Because of this, she hasn't been able to find a decent pair of shoes for many years. Brought her here and Sophie was not only helpful but very patient with us in presenting my mom with options that would work for her. A little pricey, but when you need something that works, you do what you gotta do. She's happy, both pairs she purchased fit well and are comfortable, so what else can we ask. Thank you, Sophie. “I went to Browns to pick out a set of shoes for an upcoming wedding. The shoes were not in and had to be ordered. It only took a few days. I got an email notification that the shoes had arrived. I went back for a second fitting. Customer service was very good. The gentleman that sold me the shoes was there to do my second fitting.”

“I recently went to Kids Foot locker to buy an outfit for my nephew and ended up spending and buying more then I expected because the lady working was so helpful and accommodating. She helped me pick out what I needed and matched the outfits for me perfectly. Mary was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond for me and even called another store to secure the shoe size I needed. I recommend her to my sister and she also went in and had a wonderful experience. “I had great service a young lady help me getting a pair of shorts in their window and I wanted a top to go with it. It was a nyke shirt and pants. I lucked out it had 20% off. She put a order in for a different size shorts. She gave me assistance and didnt feel I was rushed. I would like to add my order came the next day.So I had a great experience.”
“I love this location! I am shocked at some of the comments! I have never seen any of the staff be rude. The store is clean and displays are attractive.They have always been able to answer my questions and provide me with the sizes I want. If they didn't have what I was looking for, they have found it and brought it in from another store for me.The other day their POS machines were down and they were very gracious with customers, recommending ATM locations or setting stock aside so customers could come back the next day and pay.I have never seen mice nor any evidence of them!The staff get along well and work well together.I would highly recommend this location!!Go and see for yourself!”
