I always get my prescription delivered on time! This pharmacy is seriously the best in Hamilton. All the staff is amazingly attentive and respectful.

The best service in every location. These workers above and beyond thier duties to help you. I've been a real pain sometimes due to my lack of ability to keep a cell phone. This must drive the delivery people aka Hamid just crazy lol. He has literally shown up at my house at 11 p.m once or twice becasue he didn't wantvme ro go without my medication. Ive also had Henry the actul pharmacist come find me on his way home. These people do not have to so this but its what makes them different from other places. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for great service.

Staff are friendly and welcoming, they do the best they can on providing information for prescriptions you are picking up. They work around your schedule when ever you need to do a pickup. Thanks Samy's

At Samys Drug Mart is the best place to go when you need someone to answer any/all questions. The Staff always greets with a smile. I will always refer my family and friends to Samys. There is no comparison to Samys Drug Mart.

Samy’s on Barton St. Is the absolute best pharmacy in all of Hamilton. Samy, the owner, is the best. He is always giving back to the community. However, Henry makes the customer service the best experience ever, bar none. He is so patient. I don’t know how he does it, especially with all he has to put up with. It doesn’t matter if it is the beginning of the day or close to closing he is always helpful and I’ve never seen him lose his patience……….. never, no matter how annoying some people can be.Henry deserves a medal, at least in my eyes he does.

This pharmacy is the most amazing place to go. The staff are personable and go way over and above the required. They are open on holidays, evenings and weekends. They deliver. What more can I say. Go here if you can!

This place is just down right gross. Drug addicts sleeping in the hallways, waited for the bathroom for 20 minutes just to find out someone had just finished injecting themselves and passed out in the bathroom. The staff around the place all seem to be weird and act as though this disgusting place is ok? The donut lady is all up in the patient CONFIDENTIAL information areas. So unprofessional and really should be reported.
