On June 4 my serpentine belt blew while I was driving on the 403 to Hamilton. I had CAA tow my car to Sam’s Service Center as my parents had dealt with this garage in the past. Paul was awesome to deal with, he had my car repaired and ready in two hours. The bill was very fair! There aren’t many small garages like this any more that offer this quality of service. I highly recommend taking your car here!

I dropped in Sam’s today because my rear brake light was not working. I was there for about 20 minutes and they replaced my bulb checked all my other lights and only charged me $20. I’ve seen their garage many times over the years but never went in. After the service I got today from Paul I am going to start bringing my car there for service. The reviews I’ve seen have been really good and I would much rather patronize family local businesses.

I was leaving the country when my ram 1500 woundn't start. The guys at Sam's took great care of the problem as I left the country never even meeting them. I would trust Sam's from now as there a very honest shop and they do great work.

Brought my car in for some rear end repairs, it was fixed on-time but they also said i needed some new control arms and a alignment on my front end. Well my steering wheel wasStraight when i drove it to your garage! The kicker is they never emailed me an estimate also you have to call them for everything they don’t call you back or respond to emails . Also i had another garage line up the car and they said the control arms are fine !$$$ ps get a secretary to answer your phone and send replies as your customer service sucks!

The? Gentleman at? This repair shop where. The most? Honest people I've ever met straight Ford and tell you what you need and what you don't need. I would recommend these guys to anybody.

Brought my car in today for new front brakes, rotors, and possible exhaust leak. They called me saying there is not an issue with the exhaust. Very professional and honest people. Highly recommend them!
