I went there for a leak on my transmission lines. They promptly called me to report that I needed 3500 dollars of work including brakes , seals, and injectors along with new lines for the transmission and oil cooler. I just wanted the lines fixed. I called them to pay for the estimate I didn’t want. I took it to another transmission place in town and they fixed the issue in 2 days. As a service tech I know when I’m being scammed. My regular mechanic did the rear brakes couple of days ago and he said fronts were good. Do not go here unless you want a hefty repair bill. They are parts replacers and don’t know how to repair parts.

Sampson Transmission is a top notch service that repairs much more than transmissions - they do everything except tires. They are professional and at the same time genuinely care about the satisfaction of their customers. My wife and daughters feel completely comfortable taking their vehicles to their shop because they know Roger and Kevin will be honest and give them great service! Excellent service and workmanship goes above and beyond the norm.

Recently had my Chevy truck in for some service. Pleased with the service I got. Friendly staff and my truck is shifting great now. The price point was very good as well. I will be back when needed.

They did a great job! I was going to leave a comment that I found a bracket loose behind my battery after servicing, but since noticed that they plugged in my air conditioner connector under the car, and put a guard and cover on the transmission that the last transmission place lost on me. I've had no problems since the work was done, and I'm happy that they put the other parts back on. They made sure the coolant lines were properly mounted as well, whereas the last repair shop left them hanging. I'd recommend them!

Brought vehicle in with a shaking/stuttering problem at slow speeds thinking it was a transmission problem. Samson determined it was a tire problem after extensive testing. Professional and reasonable, they have a new customer.

These guys are the best! My husband usually fixes our vehicles himself but recently we ran into some issues beyond his abilities, and not being from Hamilton we were nervous about trusting a shop we had never been to.
All of that nervousness left us when we found Matthew and his team. They answer any and all of our questions, do fantastic work, and are very fair! Safe to say we have found our new mechanic shop!

These guys saved my butt and were nothing but kind and helpful the whole time. Bight a car recently and the vehicle was making noise. The dealership would not return my calls. They found my wheel drums were tig welded to my car. They took full photos and made notes of the damage and even directed me to the MTO to make a complaint about the dealership. They took a horrible situation was in and fixed my car quicky and put my mind at ease. That's guys!
