I can't say enough positive things about Runners Den in Westdale. The store offers a fantastic selection of products that cater to a variety of my running needs. Dan (owner) and his staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to answer my questions and provide assistance to fitting me with the perfect shoe. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Runners Den will be my go-to store for all my running needs moving forward, and I highly recommend it to others.

Ordered a running flask, received wrong size, smaller than what I ordered.
Runners Den responds immediately, lets me keep the smaller one and ships me my correct order. 5/5 will shop here again.

Big thanks to the Runners Den team, Josie especially! I'd had to go through a few pairs of shoes before finding the right ones for me and they were extremely helpful in getting me there. Definitely worth a visit, even if you're not a runner and just want a comfortable shoe or are on your feet all day. Everyone needs comfy footwear and they can help you find the best!

At this point of time the endorphin pro 3 in Canada is a rare find and the website had 9.5 available. Turns out that was an error on website but Dan helped me out and organized Saucony to provide me one in that size.
