I went in today with a broken phone and the service was the best EVER!!!!!!! I think his name was yukon(?) (sorry if i am spelling or saying it wrong) BUT alas!!! he literally was so awesome and the entire store was so helpful and i was able to get the last pink phone which was my dream come true !!! 10/10 service!!!

All I can say is wow. Was at the Upper James store around lunch today. I am a senior and the service was outstanding. Answered all my questions. Gave me paperwork to take with me. Happy to deal with Rogers at this location.

Just had a wonderful experience trading in my IPhone .
I was dealing with the manager Ryan who was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure I knew all of my options before asking me to make a decision.
He informed me they had a promotion that gave me an amazing trade in deal for my old phone and helped me get a number of products to accompany my new phone.
He was also in touch with his district manager Mike throughout the process and Mike was very helpful as well.
I have had bad experiences in the past with other phone companies and this was the complete opposite.
I highly recommend this company and this store in particular!

Just for the commission they are doing whatever it takes. They don’t even listen their customer properly. One of the worst customer service I have ever received in Canada.

Recently switched providers after being with Roger's for 10 years. Had gone in multiple times in the past year to change my plan only to be offered more expensive plans and more data. After switching providers and finding out I can pay 1/3 of what I was being charged and get more data I was shocked. Don't go to Rogers there are so many other good companies out there that you can get your cellphone service from and they will give you a great deal. Not to mention rogers will continue to harass you with calls about returning to them, no thank you.

Not meant as a review of this location or the people there, but my god this company sucks! I need to “reset” (unplug and plug back in) my router daily and I’ve been told by tech support that this is normal… that’s after they sold me on 2 range extender pods for $10 a month, despite my house being 1000 sq ft…

I was a fido customer for close to 15 years. I mentioned to Tim i did not want to leave fido. He did everything he could to try and make a deal with them for my upgrades, but fido would not budge. He came back with a super attractive offer from Rogers, which crushed whatever offer fido was giving. In the end, i moved all my lines over to Rogers and couldnt be happier with the service that Tim provided me. Fido should take notes from Tim on how to go the extra mile for a customer. If you have problems with your current provider, wait no longer and go see Tim at this Rogers location

This is the worst store I have ever dealt with in my life avoid it at all costs.. My father passed away and I returned his modem. Months later I got a call saying I needed to return the modem. I explained the situation they said fine consider it resolved. They then referred the matter to a collection agency. I told them the situation and they continued to harass me even though I had no liability whatsoever. I went to the store and gave them the serial number of the modem and told them to check the system but they told me it would be too time consuming. They wondered why I was worried as my father had passed but the collection agency continued to harass me though I literally have zero liability. Avoid this store and Rogers at all costs.
