Had two great experiences in a matter of two days at this Rogers store. Day 1: went into the store with a friend of mine who upgraded to a new phone device. We were helped by a customer service associate named Macky (I hope I spelt that correctly). Super nice guy, extremely friendly and helpful. He answered every question my friend had and made the entire process quick and seamless. Day 2: my friend went back to the same store to return her older device and this time dealt with the store manager (unfortunately cannot remember his name right now). He too was extremely friendly and helpful, making the entire experience quick and easy. Thank you to both associates for your help!
After reading a bunch of negative reviews about this location, I want to assure other people out there, this location DOES have a few good apples in the bunch working here. Every retail store has horrible apples in the mix, but it’s only a matter of time until management picks them from the tree and gets them the hell out of there. I can honestly say from what I experienced, there are other stores far worse than this one.

TERRIBLE customer service. The staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. My husband went to get his phone fixed as our daughter accidentally threw it in the pool. They have been charging my husband apple care for over a year but never registered it. They wouldn't do anything until the apple care was registered and when we questioned them why were we being charged for something that wasn't even set up they tried to question why we allowed our daughter to throw the phone in the first place. When we told them it's because she's autistic there was no apology or anything. They told us we would gear from them in 2 days and it's been a week now. Disgusting customer service.

Do not use Roger’s. They steal your money. Sign you up for Apple care, but when you need the service. You’re not registered. Even though I’ve paid for it since May 2023. Liars and thieves at this location and company.

Returned my phone they confirmed it’s at the warehouse and then I’m charged for it because the staff were trying to pressure us to use it for in store credit. Location sucks little Asian guy needs better training on how to do his job correctly. Shouldn’t be getting charged for a phone I turned in months ago. Will see you when you open today.

My husband and I purchased phones from Roger's at limeridge Mall. Gurpreet helped us with the best phone and plan for us. Great prices and plans. Gurpreet was fantastic. Everyone who works at this location is fantastic!

I want to share my story with this store. I activate a new number for my family to move his number from BELL to ROGERS as bell won't offer my family member a discount as he was an existing rather than new customer. It can be frustrating going from a multicarrier provider such as the mobile shop. When going to the store it was awesome and great but the issue I faced was that when porting a number from bell to rogers, the sim card shows on their end it working however, when I placed the sim card in it didn't work at all. They then advised one on technical support that we apologize for the inconvenience but you may need a sim card swap once again. The pain to drive again out and see if we can get sim card its hard because once you reply "Yes" on the porting side on the bell phone with bill sim, it shut down your phone number and brings it over to the rogers server. Be mindful than rather going to a direct rogers store corp store. Listen i see this store doesn't have the best review but the same time you should be thoughtful that these guys are all human. Once the gentleman name Rueben who was very professional and understood the situation and took care of this matter within 5 min. Very understanding and when i drove back i spoke to technical support and honestly they aren't as helpful. I placed the new sim card that was swapped same day take in mind new sim card and pop it back in and it WORKED!. Listen first sim card they thought it was my phone, i put it in another phone didn't work i tested it on a iPhone didn't work and another Samsung phone didn't work. SO NEW SIMCARD I PLACED IT IN MY SAMSUNG PHONE THAT WAS THE BELL AND IT WORKED. if it wasn't for Rueben and his customer service and the quick response and honoring the phone call i had, i would be phone less and i wouldn't be able to use a number that my love one wouldn't be able to access. In results to this don't be thinking just because 3.1 star isn't eye appealing doesn't mean they aren't wonderful in customer service, just treat them with RESPECT THAT ALL. THANK YOU TO THE TEAM IN THIS STORE AND I WILL CONTINUE TO DO BUSSINESS HERE !

Wasn’t pleased at all. The two men that worked there were more concerned about talking poorly about another client than tending to my needs. He proceeded to cut me off, tell me it’s my fault that their staff didn’t do what they said they would do, and proceeded to use his phone in front of me. I get that you’re tired, but having an attitude with customers isn’t the way to solve your problems. Especially talking about a client who came to you for help and instead of helping her, you laughed at her having a hard time understanding what was going on. The manager should really look into who they are pairing together for shifts. No disrespect but the customer service was not there.

Very highly recommended location, I had adin help me and he went above and beyond to help and make sure I left really happy with the service , and I am a Fido customer who was sent from next store to upgrade my phone ,
Very professional and made it a really great experience for my child and I , will be returning

Absolute not satisfactory customer service by Zaya at lime ridge ,he just imposing things on and with rude attitude just try to finish things in a while,enforcing protection plan without even asking.
