I had just gotten off the phone with a gentleman by the name of Safe, he was clear, attentive and was happy to answer all my questions. I was told that this dealership has very friendly customer service from friends and family out of the city. I had to see for myself and was not failed.

Have a mechanics check your vehicle before purchasing from this place. Lessons learnedWorst place. Issue after issue with the car. Within 7 weeks of owning the vehicle it was in the shop a total of 5 times and a total of 9 days.

this has to be the worst store to buy a car. my best friend was a first time car owner, and she has had issue after issue with this car and somehow it was “safetied” i don’t know in what world. she has put maybe 7,000 into this car in repairs since bought which was 5 months ago. DONT EVER COME HERE!!!!! steer clear at all costs

Got my 2014 Mazda 6 four months and 7,000 kms ago, quiet happy with it, previous owner took very good care of the car. It's in pretty good shape even though its age and high milage. Helpful staff!

Well I am a female sitting at the side of the road with my dog waiting for CAA to tow my car I literally just picked up at the place. Car over heated twice on my way home. I am still not home. It should have taken me a little over an hour to get home. It is 4:30 and I picked up the car at noon. Unbelievable. Sent an email, but as of yet there has been no response. It is 32° out and we are in a heat warning. This should not happen, I should at least be able to make it to my home with a car I just purchased.

Very bad customer experience. I called in the office to see the car in about half hour, was told I can see the car, its available. I came all the way from St. Catharines at 5:30 office was closed, and no car on the lot. Called back to find out if I can still see the car, was told: Covid rules. We close at 5. you need to make an appointment... Website says office hours - 9:00-6:00

Good down to earth people made it easy and painless. They paid Amy outstanding finds for.me.which I paid back tt away, vehicle was spotted and runs. Financing was easy and at less then10% int. Good people with excellent service. Thank ýou, I love the SUV AND I RUNS EXTREMELY WELL but still comes with standard 3 mon warranty. Tbanks guys u made a stressful situation very easy. Thank you.
