Awesome team they have, been going there for almost a year now, never tried to upsell anything, great at their jobs, exceptional customer service, only one downside I could point out would be that there is no waiting area or a lounge for the customers whilst the vehicles are being worked upon, I usually hang out at the timmies closeby, no big deal ! But their competitive pricing justifies that to be honest.

Recently got my '16 Rav4 inspected and got fixed up. I'd say great service ! Instantly troubleshooted the issue and offered me a courtesy car meanwhile. Nuno and Elenor were very professional. Definitely worth the visit.

Had a vehicle safety inspection done and the staff was extremely nice and knowledgable. They took the appointment within a short amount of time and had amazing communication leading up to and during the inspection.

Right Way took my car in for a safety inspection on very short notice and a very tight timeframe due to my schedule. They were very accommodating. Cherry and Nuno at the front desk were very helpful and communicative. Services was very good. The report was transparent and honest, including pictures of all their findings. Car was ready to go the next day. Although I have a trusted regular mechanic (who was on vacation), it was great to have a fantastic fallback option and I'd definitely use Right Way again. Highly recommend.

They apply No pressure to get something done to your car that you don’t need. Professional well organized mechanics will service your car on very reasonable and compatible price . I’m very impressed with their service. I hope the AC service that they done to my car will last for while.

Thank you too, Cherie and all the crew. You made room for an appointment to check my air conditioning. You explained upfront what would be involved and the cost and answered my questions. When I got in my car, not only was it cold, which is what I wanted, but there was chocolate in my cup holder. How special. Thank you so much for a great experience

I just found my new automotive mechanic place! The staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. They were able to accommodate me last minute and do service and replace the breaks in my car.

First and foremost, the staff Cherry and Nuno were incredibly friendly and professional. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and promptly attended to. The quality of the repair work was outstanding. My car had been experiencing some serious issues, and I was worried about the cost and time it would take to fix them. However, Right Way Auto provided a fair and accurate estimate, and they completed the repairs ahead of schedule. When I picked up my car, it was running like new, and they even gave it a complimentary cure my windshield, and a car to use. I highly recommend this shop.

This garage was kind enough to take my brother's car in on short notice and repaired the brakes on the same day, so my brother could drive home to Northern Ontario safely!! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Right Way Auto !!

I came in for new brakes/rotors, new tires, and an alignment as I'm long overdue. Now my car drives smoother than ever. With Right Way Auto, they literally do it the right way ?. I'm impressed how quick Cherry was with responding to my emails. I like how flexible they are with scheduling and also offer Uber Shuttle. I will definitely take in my car for future services. The only complaint is how jam-packed the parking lot is, but it still worked out.
