We frequently send our drawings to Hamilton Reprodux, they have a great response time and always let me know when my prints are ready. If any issues arise they let us know and still manage to come through for us. Really great experiences at the Hamilton Reprodux, highly recommend!

Ted at the Reprodux Hamilton location provides exceptional customer service and demonstrates a consistent attention to detail. As a very busy business, we use Reprodux almost daily for all of our printing and delivery needs. Ted processes our requests quickly, his communication is always outstanding, and the quality of work is exceptional. Ted has even caught errors on our end which could have costed us time and money. He goes above and beyond as a customer service representative. Every delivery driver we have come into contact with has been exceptional as well. This is an outstanding company whom we feel fortunate to have assisting us with our business needs. Thank you Reprodux Hamilton and Burlington for all of your dedication, and a special thank you to Ted in Hamilton who continues to provide exceptional service even through this global pandemic!

Update in response to Owner's Review : Yes your Vice President did visit me, however only after I wrote this review.My Experience with Reprodux was beyond poor and inexcusable. I would rate their customer service a 0.I had been provided an estimate to have 2 exterior Store Front Signs refurbished. I dealt with Jason Morse, Manager for their Hamilton Location.I had contacted 2 other companies to quote the same job, however the reason I had gone with Reprodux is because Jason had guaranteed me that the signage would only be down for 3-4 days (Take down on a Friday) and would be put back up on Tuesday Morning. Being a restaurant that was important to me, as without signage, it would look like the restaurant was closed.On the scheduled day, Reprodux never showed up to remove the sign. I waited until the Afternoon and called the office to speak with Jason. I spoke with a man (Ted) in the office and he told me that Jason was fired.Ok, that’s unfortunate (But are you coming to remove the sign today? ), he said that he was unaware of the job, and didn’t see anything scheduled.I made several calls that day, to the Hamilton Location, as well as to their Head Office in Mississauga, and after being assured that someone was on their way on Friday (Nobody ever showed up)Someone finally did show up the following day (Saturday) to remove the sign.The Following Tuesday, nobody showed up to install the sign, I called again, spoke with Ted and was assured they would come to install the sign today.Finally at 5 O’clock after no one has shown up, I contacted them again and was told that in fact they dropped the sign on the Saturday when they were unloading it and the sign had broken. *They had known this the entire time, but wait until 5 O’clock to tell me this on the following Tuesday?As you can imagine, I’m beyond frustrated at this point, I was put in touch with someone in customer service (Tiziana) who assured me it would be done on a priority basis.Following this I left 3 messages and sent 3 emails to the install team, LED Solutions who never bother to return a call or email back to me.At the end of it, the sign was finally installed on July 12th (9 Days later that what I was promised) We operated for 2 weeks without an exterior sign, Which for any business definitely hurt us.Tiziana in customer service was empathic and assured me that she would have her manager contact me to discuss this, as I asked for a discount for the poor service levels and overall experience in dealing with this for over 2 weeks. She assured me a manager would call me to discuss my converns, it's been over a month and no manager has bothered to call or reach out to me to resolve.At the end of the day.1. Timeline was not followed to what was agreed upon.2. There was no communication, I was left calling and calling with no response back or update, I am sure had they contact me and said were really sorry, we damaged the sign and it will take longer that what we had originally told you (Would have been a start)Icing on the cake, the CEO (Kim Long) who is too much of a coward to actually call me back Charged me Credit Card the Full Balance and had Tiziana send me a 2 line letter that says we can’t discount from the original quote (Jason’s estimated was a “best case” scenario for turnaround, a Free banner temporary banner was offered”Well in actuality,1. A banner was offered (But it was an “additional cost” how could I have been offered a free temporary banner if no one actually returned my call ?2. I can assure you the time estimate was never a based case scenario, the quote said approx. 3 days (Nowhere did it say 2 weeks)I apologize for the long review, however take your business elsewhere.There are several other sign companies, that actually value a customers business, this is not one of them.

Very difficult to get basic information. "It's difficult for me to say" and "I don't know" seemed to be favorite quotes. I didn't feel like forcing them them to provide photocopying services seemingly against their will so I opted to go elsewhere. Not sure why they have 5 stars.

Went in for the first time and was immediately serviced, I asked if I could buy 100 count cardstock and they even let me test on it with markers. I'm excited to have found this place and will come back, great location!

The staff here really take the time to talk through your project goals with you and provide as many or as few bells and whistles in print work as your budget affords. Amazing for custom work and quick estimates. Great downtown location!
