Purchased new tires (at a most fantastic price!!) on Saturday, installed on Monday during a very busy season. The staff were all amazing. The lock for the lug nuts was broken - not a problem for them. So very grateful for all they did to meet our needs. Thank you team. We are repeat customers and will continue being repeat customers.

I would like to leave a thank you to Kyle for replacing the actuator of my window, which became dislodged. Initially, another employee attempted to repair it, but that person did so incorrectly. I brought it up with Kyle before we left. I am thankful that Kyle was able to properly address the issue, especially considering the overbooking. The window is now as good as it gets (for an aftermarket repair).
Marco - I understand you're trying to help your customers, but please take it easy on the overbooking. If something urgent like a window's actuator is broken (thus the window could not roll up) and you know that any work on it is going to take more than a day to resolve, just tell the owner straight up. I had booked an 8:30am appointment to get the problem checked, and yet my car ended up sitting there untouched for a few days, until I called to check on it a day later where I discovered nobody had even looked at it until I "reminded" them.
This made it pointless to even book an appointment and leave my vehicle with you if you knew nobody would be inspecting it anyway.
It took a total of five days for the actuator to be repaired especially due to the first person working on the actuator misaligning the entire window. That same person also misplaced the interior door screw panels which hide the screws. I guess I'll have to let that go because who would be willing or able to find them now?
But the window itself was ultimately corrected the following week by Kyle who had to pick up someone else's mistake.
I appreciate how hard these men work and your willingness to take on any and every issue, Marco. Just please be upfront with the time - if its going to take several days, just say it, or if nobody is in to properly do the job, just say so. It was not the first time delayed services have happened.

My husband and I have used Queenston Tire & Rim on multiple occasions, whether it’s to patch a hole, change seasonal tires, or purchase new tires.
Marco should teach a class in customer service. He’s a real class act, kind, and helpful.
Griffen & the other service workers are fast and efficient.
On top of it all, their prices can’t be beat for their quality service and products.
It can be a little bit crazy and overwhelming at first, but trust me- they have it down to a science. I have referred multiple family members to QT&R and they have the same feedback. We are clients for life!

Great shop! Gauge did a excellent job removing my stripped lug nut quickly and professionally. If you need work done on your tires in Hamilton, this is the place to go. And the owner is incredibly kind. Highly recommend!

Marco and the fellas are the absolute best in the business. This is my 2nd time coming to see them and every interaction from the initial phone call to the visit is professional, pleasant and timely. If you’re looking for the pinnacle of human achievement in tire service, look no further than this shop. Honestly, I’m convinced this place is so efficient it might secretly be run by an army of highly-trained tire ninjas.
The staff? Utterly mind-blowing. It’s like walking into the United Nations of tire repair—every single person here is friendly, hardworking, and probably speaks 12 languages. And the owner? Let me tell you, this man must’ve been a diplomat in a past life because he’s the most polite, caring, and downright charming gentleman you’ll ever meet. I half expected him to invite me to his house for dinner after fixing my car.
As for the mechanic, I don’t even know how to describe this miracle worker. He doesn’t just fix cars—he heals their souls. I handed him my car and 15 minutes later, it drove better than it did when I bought it. The man is so trustworthy, I’d probably let him babysit my kids, manage my finances, and pick out my next Netflix series.
And the speed of service? I’ve had slower microwave popcorn. You could roll in here with four flat tires and be back on the road faster than you can say, “Wow, that was fast!”
This shop doesn’t just change tires—they change lives. If you’re not getting your tires done here, are you even really living?
