Jesse (manager with the long brown hair, as they describe her) gets s**t done! A mishap with a tight schedule, and a cancer surgery pending in the background, we had a terrible situation at home which they had no control over just a vivid supply chain issue, a ultimate customer service experience. The competition simply just dosnt have this level of customer service. I called back and she had everything on the way and organized.

What a joke , you've had a year to figure out curbside pickup . Place order at 8.30 this morning , 9pm order still processing . Home Depot has had my orders within the hour every time I've ordered . Last year I waited 3 days for a fridge filter sitting on your shelves , I should have learnt my lesson then . Last time shopping with you . Pathetic .

Called appliance department (July 12) to see if a dryer was in stock. Had called a few different locations,all went to check at time of call. Here he said would check when he had some time and call back. Never called back. Poor service. Found elsewhere. Wont shop here again

Last year I had a problem with a dewalt tool, was very satisfied with the way things were handled. I was originally worried, but was relieved when I went back into the store and they took care of the problem

We bought flooring that turned out to be defective. Lowes would not stand behind the warranty and sent us on a wild goose chase on how to go after our warranty. still no help! Very frustrating and terrible business practice. As a contractor with many clients and trades that I deal with I am sure to pass on that Lowes is not a credible company to deal with. James

I can’t thank Lowe’s Hamilton ( Barton St) enough for the customer service they provided in handling my appliances order with all the confusions in delivery/returns etc but Steve - manager in Lowe’s is awesomely amazing , I have never seen anyone with that passion and commendable work ethics and dedicated in solving the problems for you ! Impressed and would highly recommend Steve !! Thank you for helping me out - Mandy

Horrible customer service. Literally chased after two people to help me, ended up walking into another associate who responded with “I have to go to receiving for a customer” and walked away. Went to the customer service desk to ask for the item, she pretended to not even see us. Horrible!!!!!

Traveled 35 miles to order vanity that could not be ordered over the phone.The plumbing dept was full of customers no associate,a contractor was sitting in a chair waiting said if you know what you want why dont you order it at customer service told there no you have to wait for associated.Pressing the button generates a call for assistance nobody comes an announcement for a clerk to call o4 so i called o4 spoke to someone said he would be there soon, he was.Placed ordertold to go to customer s

Worst customer service ever. Girl at customer service desk was very rude. Refused to do a simple exchange with the receipt. I ordered 20 totes online and 4 were delivered broken. I wanted to exchange the broken totes but couldn't because i didnt bring the matching lids. I explained thatbin didnt need the lids exchanged and they could keep the lids from the new totes i was getting since my lids were fine. Girl at customer service told me i had no common sense and was overall very rude.

I went it to grab a few supplies to finish my deck and they had about 15 EMPTY drawers where hex nuts should have been. There were no pens in sight to write item numbers down. All the decent deck boards were COMPLETELY buried in the back. No customer service at all...when I asked for help the man laughed and said "ya were low on stock, go tell customer service Im just a part time sales associate ".......I will never return to that store and I will tell everyone I know about my experience.
