No idea about the service of this store, but Brenda Louise's review on here has to be the silliest review I've read about a place I have to comment on it. You show up to a supply place asking them to do a plumber's job for free and you bought it on Amazon. You didn't buy there I don't get why it's their responsibility.

Roy at Plumbing Centre is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been looking all over in both Hamilton and Toronto for a shower faucet adaptor. It seems nobody carries it anymore. Even if one goes online, it will be like a maze and you get nowhere.
So fortunately, through a recommendation, I drop by at Plumbing Centre and Roy is able to analyze the problem and finds a perfect solution. It will save me going through a lot of trouble and spending quite a bit of money replacing the walled in plumbing unit.

Great inventory! However, prices are extremely high and the staff is not friendly. They make you feel uncomfortable when asking questions, and seem to get annoyed if you don't buy the product.

The staff at this store are the rudest, most arrogant and dismissive people I have ever seen. They belittle their customers and don't want to do anything beyond the bare minimum. Only one guy is decent. I do my best to avoid this business or give them my money. Just rude smart mouths in store. OWNER: WAKE UP Attitude adjustment needed.

I got a small project to fix a dripping shower. Looking for a replacement cartridge from local hardware stores, no luck. Someone suggested me to try Plumbing Center, luckily they have one in stock. The owner asking for $120+tax(I know I can get it from @mazon for $89.65+tax, free delivery next day). He bluffed they’re the only place in town have it in stock and I won’t be able to get it anywhere…
Eventually I bought it for $120+Tax from Plumbing Center.
First of all, I’d like to support our local small business; Second, I want the job be done in the same day even it doesn’t need that kind of rush.
But the whole shopping experience in Plumbing Center is not good at all.
One more thing you need to know, their parts sales are final.
I don’t think I will be back again.

worst store ever. people there are just making the hours... lack of willingness to help find a part...went to Canadian Tire and they gave me different options to get what I needed...

I went to the plumbing centre to ask for help with an issue I had installing a kitchen faucet. The gentleman working in the parts department told me that my issue was a common one, but said there was nothing he could do to help me. He asked where I purchased the faucet. When I responded Amazon, he said I can't help you. He appeared to be very dismissive of my issue and offered no advice of any kind to help. I was very disappointed with his approach and I felt like it was a total waste of time visiting the business. I wil not return there.
