I recently had a fantastic experience at Play It Again Sports, a local sports store that specializes in buying and selling used sporting goods. I had some soccer shoes and skates that I no longer needed, and I decided to bring them in to see what they could offer.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the owner who made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. They assessed my items with care and offered me a very fair price for them. I opted for store credit, which turned out to be a great decision.
With my store credit in hand, I was thrilled to find a pair of skates that looked almost brand new. The selection of used gear was impressive, and I was able to snag some disc golf discs and a pair of brand-new golf shoes as well. I bought a Prince racket here for $35+tax! Crazy.
The man who helped ring up our purchase was very pleasant. Super cool place to give used sporting gear a 2nd life.
It’s a second hand place, they’re a business. If you’re selling - don’t expect to get the same value you paid for your new and unused product. This isn’t a returns store, this is a thrift specializing in sports equipment. The same sports equipment that would otherwise be sitting in your basement for free. Manage your expectations, taking it out on someone else when you want full price back on used gear is unfair.
We’ll definitely come back!

The gentleman we dealt with was super helpful and a really nice guy. Made our experience a great one. Sadly I forgot his name, but he helped us buy a pair of rollerskates for our daughter.

Staff was wonderful - friendly and helpful, selection was very picked over - only found a pair of skates for my nephew as all skates in my size were sold out - his skates were a bit pricey, but we bought new and fingers crossed they will last him a year or two!

Bought a new kid ski goggles here using 45$. Just used for 30 minutes and broken. Never come here again. Very bad experience!
