I come here regularly for my prescriptions, they are always so fast, so kind & accommodating. The staff there are awesome. I have a virus and unfortunately I wasn’t able to come into pick my meds up or any Gatorade or anti nausea meds and they had it delivered to my house within 2 hours, thank you guys!!! Been to many pharmacies but this pharmacy is the best one and they’ll always have me as a patient as long as I’m in Hamilton!

Called today to see if they had the stock to fill a prescription. Was told they did, and asked them to call my pharmacy to transfer it there. Then, a couple hours later someone called me back to say they only fill prescriptions of this drug for their “regular patients”I was admittedly frustrated - and had lost out on two hours of calling other pharmacies thinking this was taken care of. I asked them to delete my information from their system, and send my prescription and file back to my original pharmacy.Later, I got another call (meaning they didn’t delete my info as requested) that they could fill it for me. I had already solved my problem by then with a more reliable pharmacy, and I also feel like they don’t care enough for me to trust with my health.My takeaway from the situation is that this pharmacy isn’t for people who need help - unless they’re a regular already.

Rude people work here. I will never return. Three times I asked for help and was ignored, like I wasn't even in the store. I walled out with nothing.

I never knew how good a pharmacy could be until I switched to the Medical Arts Pharmasave. The pharmacists are superb - knowledgeable, kind and helpful - plus the service is quick and friendly. When I called in a renewal which was too early for my insurance company to pay for, the pharmacist called me back to discuss options. It was easy to delay for a week and was then covered by insurance. They take the time to provide excellent service. Thank you to the staff and pharmacists at Medical Arts!

Amazing staff , amazing service , they even followed up the next day to check if all was well .owner gave us snacks whilst we were waiting for our prescription.i would give them 10 stars if I could .also the delivery service is amazing

Once awhile you may have missing pills from here.And don't expect them to call you when the say the will about your prescription being ready.Also they have a stuck up attitude with customers.I and several others have the same issues with Pharmasave.

There's no friendlier or hardworking people than the ones that work at this Pharmacy. They also genuinely care for all the people they serve daily.
