Came from Kitchener to get a specific pair of shoes. Staff said she was busy and the store was busy and went back to stocking shelves. One other couple in the store and two staff. Busy, really? Ten minutes later she went and got my shoes.

Me and my friend had the BEST experience shopping at this Pennington location all thanks to Diane and her outstanding customer service and friendly attitude. She was always keeping up with me in the fitting rooms with sizing and helping me choose pieces that worked best for me. Can’t wait to come back!

Great service at this location. We came in yesterday looking for something specific and the woman working was extremely helpful, helped us find what we were looking for and made good suggestions for alternatives when something wasn't available. She was also extremely friendly. Overall great experience.
