Without a doubt our pup's favourite pet store! The folks staffing this location are top tier and so kind to us and our dog (lots of pets and treats!). Online ordering is a total breeze and the customer service is always great upon pickup. Thank you!

I went into this store because my dog was really scratching after her groom.Barb helped me out so very much. She took the time to listen to my concerns and recommend a product that worked on my girl.She's so friendly and genuinely cares about your pet.This is now my go to pet store because of her.Shes amazing . If you need help with your pet I highly recommend this store and ask for barb/Barbara ( I sincerely hope I have her name correct)

I have never been followed and stalked so hard in a store, in my life! Went to buy my pets some fun treats and toys and had both ladies breathing down my neck the entire time! I finally just stopped shopping and left with the pile of stuff I had already picked out! If your going to stand behind every shopper, why not just check bags on the way out so people can shop in peace!!!!!! Jesus! Never stolen a day in my life and am being harassed like I'm some thief!I will never be back! I'll just go to PetSmart!Avoid this place if you like shopping in peace! Lol

Staff very knowledgeable for many years. So happy I could purchase Advantage for my cat. Vet clinic wouldn’t sell them till vet did prescription. Out of town. Pulmacs came through

They don't treat their in-store animals well, and they will say anything they think you want to hear to try and get you to buy one. Disgraceful

The owners are great! Took our Coonhound Stig there for his traditional Christmas Eve shopping trip. He picked out his own presents and got a treat. We got popcorn too. Knowledgeable friendly and welcoming

It's a small store but they have a great selection of stuff! I have a rabbit and the selection of stuff they have for small pets even beats what you see at Petsmart.
