Love these folks! Have been purchasing with them for over 15 years now. Great to deal with, honest as the day is long, and stand behind the vehicles they sell. Always helpful down to road too! I would not purchase a previously loved car from any other dealer in the city. Bar none! There is a reason they have been servicing the Hamilton area for over 30+ years.

My all time favorite used car dealer in Hamilton. Haven't bought a vehicle in a couple years but have bought 2 vehicles in the past. Great prices..always a fair negotiation and they are always great to new and old customers when they come to the dealership. Just a great place to buy a car or suv. I recommend 100 percent

I have bought over 10 cars from Otto. He carries good vehicles at a fair price. I think I was in my 40s when I met him, I am now 67 and just bought my wife an Audi from him.

We are extremely happy with our purchase of the 2011 BMW X3M! The Otto's Auto team was honest and helpful assisting us outright from the start, we did not feel pressured throughout the entire process. He assured us if any problems or issues arise after the purchase that they would help fix and accommodate! After taking the vehicle home, we discovered an issue with the overheating. After notifying the dealership, Shane was able to quickly arrange a loaner vehicle for me and helped us fix the issue by replacing the water pump and thermostat at no charge.A huge thanks again to Joe and Shane for the outstanding customer service at Otto's Auto! We could not be happier with our purchase and will most definitely recommend this family-owned dealership to anyone and will be looking to buy our next vehicle from them again!

Had a great experience purchasing my 2020 M4 from Otto's. The entire purchase process was done virtually as I am located in Toronto. The sales rep. Masood was just fantastic to work with. Masood took care of every little detail I asked for and was very patient through the whole process as we went back and forth for almost 5 days before I finalized the deal.If you are looking to purchase a BMW I highly recommend dealing with Masood at Otto's. You will not be disappointed.

Shane and the team at Otto's really went out of their way to make sure my experience was the best of the best. Within the 30 days and even after the 30 days of buying my car, Shane accommodated any issues or problems I had and he took the time to listen to any concerns I had. Joe was AMAZING! I bought a 2007 Hyundai Elantra. He made sure the car was ready to drive like he was getting ready and safe for his family. Put on two new front tires,fixed the rear trunk button and replaced two belts on the car at no extra cost. Hard to find that type of integrity and salesmanship anymore. Cared about me as a person not $$. Will deff look into buying my next cat from him again!I'm also a young female and didn't feel like I was being pressured, scammed or treated like an easy target.

These guys are amazing. Knowledgeable and truly care about the customer. Although my situation was not ideal they made the process feel a lot easier than it was and provided me with all the information I needed to get my new car.Highly recommend them and will definitely purchase future cars from them!
